When I got my order everything was fine till i opened my snack wrap the snack wrap looked like a 5 year old put it together and when i took a bite there was hair in my food. I call the store and complain and they didn’t know what I was talking about or how to help me. This McDonald’s for some reason would not give me a refund when I cancelled right away a mobile order I accidentally made on the app. I have never seen this before from a business, charging you, and then not even providing a product or service and then not offering electronic refund. I contacted the store location and they only offer a CASH REFUND? Even though the mobile order confirms the payment should be cancelled in one’s bank account in 5 business days. Why would I need to drive all the way to this restaurant in order to get a refund when the order was placed on a phone and quickly cancelled? Do they know what time and age they are in? Dinosaur faking scammers they are, and a shameful business that is one of if not the largest of the food businesses. And you can’t offer an electronic refund for a cancelled order? Laughable but really just inexplicably sad and depressing to know this is how McDonald’s runs itself now. Even smaller food restaurants would be able to offer an electronic refund when an order is made on accident.

I went to this store not long ago at 8:24 am to get some good ol Mickey D’s breakfast went inside to place my order because drive thru had 100 cars just to get greeted by cruella deville. This lady was so rude to me from the start of taking my order til the end of giving me my change and by the way shortchanged me 7 cents no biggie but it’s the principle if you’re gonna be snotty at least know how to count this is my 1st time visiting this store I’m used to Minneapolis I’m in a shelter here in St. Paul I just lost a loved one to brain cancer I’m homeless I have serious health conditions I’m depressed and I have anxiety so the last thing I need is to go get food and the person whose to suppose to pleasantly greet and help me have good positive energy that should be smiling and showing acts of kindness and care and a sense of urgency do the complete opposite she thought I was a pick up order I explained to her twice that I was just trying to place an order then she says with an nasty attitude go head with your order cuts me off to tell me the total while I’m still ordering rolling her eyes sighing and sucking her teeth aggressively like really I expect this from a teenager this woman was well over 50 she should know better her energy was dark and evil I let her know she short changed me and of course she begged to differ I just said it’s ok at this point just give me my food so I can leave I asked for my steak bagel to be cooked to order the egg bagel and steak as well as the hash brown and it was not because guess what she didn’t press cook to order or ask me so of course they wouldn’t of known that’s how I wanted it just to get to my destination and get to the end of my sandwich and find a piece of hair on it…what a shitty experience I felt like she could have been racist or homophobic or both I felt highly discriminated against and I would never visit this location again nor recommend anyone to go there

When I received my order, they didn’t give me my deluxe mccrispy bacon burger. They also forgot the ice cream that I ordered with my money. They also forgot about our drinks when the lady asked us if we had our drinks like no girl we didn’t and you never gave it to us. And when she gave us our drinks, she only gave two drinks when I ordered three. They gave me a snack wrap when I never ordered it like what is your problem?

I was there yesterday I have my receipt I usually go and order two $5 meal deals and it’s usually 10.98 well I got to the window before paying and asked if I was up charged for something because usually it’s 10.98 and that’s all I get when I go so I know how much it is. He said “two $5 meal deals $11.32” so I said if I’m being upcharhed for something I don’t want that I didn’t ask for it. He said “it’s 11.32” I said no usually it’s 10.98 he said “what do you want me to do” so I just paid for it and I get my receipt and see he upcharged me for a large drink that I didn’t ask for he never asked me if I wanted that it comes with two small drinks that’s what I ordered and I had already ask if he upcharged me for something and refused to tell me. Until I could see on my receipt it says upcharged for large drink that I never asked for and asked him to take off that if he did that and he would not. I will not be coming back if they want to be sneaky and put things on that I did not ever ask for. Stop being sneaky and adding things to orders people did NOT ask for. Ridiculous and then refuse to do anything about it and act like I’m the problem. I will not be spending my money here where you want to be sneaky about things. I will not come back to have that happen again. Absolutely not.

They finally got my food right. When I entered the store a young lady by the name of Michelle greeted me with a beautiful smile and took my order and all my food was very hot & ready oh so fast. She was fantastic! (She was the only one smiling btw)

Still always get wrong order and or cold food. Always cold food merely warm never fresh like I ask and I ask every time. As usual just like today. I make a on order through the McDonald’s app and arrive 20-30 minutes later and am told the Oder doesn’t exist. The claim to have no record or the order. So no food no refund just a person telling me oh well and walking away as rude as can be like “almost” all the employees do. So rude and disrespectful and never servicing the customers at all. Here I am with not all my food and no compensation for the food that i ordered. This McDonald’s is a detriment. They never give any ketchup or napkin. You can order 25 fries and 12 burgers. You’ll get 1 napkin maybe and zero ketchups.

Shut this place down. Pure disgrace.

Religiously refuses to give me the proper amount of monopoly tickets for my order. I am willing to bet 85% or more of customers have never seen the right amount of tickets they were supposed to get. So many wonderful prizes they and I possibly missed out on by being cheating every day to max. Multiply times a day I am given less tickets. It is outrageous that all the items you need to buy to receive the tickets are not value items. Yet you take power into your own hands and cheat people out what they pay for. This is not an isolated incident it is a practice. Y’all take all of our money for what we buy yet skimp our products that were purchased and cheat us out our possible winnings from game pieces we paid for. The lobby is often filled with people full of complaints all the time. How could you possibly think that this is right.

Update : Aiden is the best employee here. Very hard worker! He exemplifies Respectfulness, he is attentive to his job. He is helpful, thoughtful, mindful and willing to go above and beyond the call of duty to provide exceptional service to customers.

Long story short: they charged for food, lost it, and refused to make it right or refund. Had to dispute it with the credit card company to get our money back.

In August my partner and I used the app to order ahead thru the drive thru. Total was about $30. When we get to the window the attendant looked confused and said the order was marked as done. We asked if we could have our food since we had the documentation that the order was ours and we clearly did not have the food. He said he’d have to charge again. We then reported a problem in the app, which told us we had to discuss with store management. When we called them, the manager said we had to go thru the app. Mind you, we had receipts. Neither the app or the store wanted to give us our money back.

These people quite literally defrauded me out of $30, either by intention or by incompetence. We had to go through the hassle of disputing the charge with the credit card company and submit documentation, when multiple people could have just apologized and given us the food we paid for.

I gave this place another try. I only went because my wife stated that a Employee by the name of Michelle is very fast friendly and warm personality and had her food very hot, & thank god when I went Michelle was working and she was super friendly and smelled pretty amazing.
