You really can’t taste the difference — that was my first impression after the visit.
I ordered a chili burger, chili cheese fries, and a beer.
The fries were the highlight of the evening: spectacular, flavorful, pleasantly spicy, and overall extremely well executed. Crispy, bold, and easily the strongest part of the meal.
The burger, however, left much to be desired. Simply changing the sauce and cheese doesn’t magically create ten different burgers, and the overall composition lacked depth. The bun was fine, and the toppings were fresh, but the excessive amount of sauce overwhelmed the patty’s flavor. Despite the visually impressive flame grill sessions, my companion and I both felt that they contributed more to atmosphere than to taste — a lot of show, but not much impact.
The service was excellent: friendly, attentive, and fast. Nothing to complain about here.
The atmosphere, on the other hand, needs improvement. We were seated directly under a ventilation unit and ended up feeling noticeably cold. The air also had a heavy, oily quality, suggesting the filters weren’t doing their job properly. Fixing the airflow and temperature would significantly enhance the dining experience.
Overall:
Outstanding fries, a good but uninspired burger, great service, and an atmosphere that could use some attention. A solid visit with clear room for improvement.

Everything is fresh, from the vegetables to the meat, and the portions are really satisfying. I especially loved their signature sauce – perfectly balanced and full of flavor. Plus, the interior is modern and cozy, making the dining experience even better. Highly recommended!

Unfortunately the experience is getting worse. They started anticipating the closure time without updating Google and now around 9pm they already put pressure to order the last round of drink.
Please, revert this trend because in the past was one of the best places in Bremen.

It’s a very nice place. The waiter let us taste the sauces, showed us the difference between the burger buns. The burgers are also top-notch, a lot of meat and the fries are obviously fresh. If you want to eat delicious burgers, then you should definitely come here, it’s worth it!
