Went in yesterday (Mar 5 2026) with my friend, for lunch. We were sat and the place was dead. Another couple came in after us and that was it. The waitress was no enough (Vionni) so we ordered apps(chili for me and potato salad for my friend) and drinks. Took over 15 min to get those. The. We finally ordered the Wed $10 10 boneless and fries. I ordered the garlic Parm fried, and he got grilled bbq. Took over 20 min! Mine were fine, but the grilled my friend received were burnt. We waited for out server to return and sent them back. Another 20 min went by, I was so angry at this point, I lost my appetite. The couple that came in after us had their food and were leaving(they seemed to be regulars, so I reckon they got preferential treatment over us).
So I went to the manager(Derrick) and he was apologetic but I was angry. Our waitress seemed to just ignore us at this point.
1: I actually cook for a living and the excuse of ‘it takes time to cook grilled chicken’ is BS. I could have gone back in the kitchen and cooked them myself in less time.
2: they were NOT busy, so it shouldn’t have taken this long
3: I have been a regular at the former Kissimmee East store and the LBV store for years, been to countless ones in many states over the years and NEVER had this bad of an experience! I was given a half off note on the mgr’s business card, so that was nice.
I am disappointed in this visit, very disappointed. I am not sure I will return. Sad to see the state of some of these stores has fallen.

Extremely slow service sadly in what was not a busy evening at all. Huge shame on a day that one of our group was celebrating a birthday. Some of us enjoyed the food, some less but partly probably because of the wait. By the time some food came out some had lost their appetites. The hooters girls were polite enough.

Rheanna was our server at Hooters and she was honestly amazing. From the start, she started conversation and made us feel super comfortable right away. She was so sweet and genuinely attentive the whole time. You can tell she actually cares about giving good service and not just going through the motions. Her energy made the whole experience better and definitely made us want to come back. If you go, ask for Rheanna she’ll take great care of you 🙂

i love going to hooters. however, i notice this location doesn’t live up to the lively atmosphere the usual hooters would have. our visit today particularly threw me off completely because of the service. although our waitress was understanding and removed our order of shrimp from the check when we communicated that it was way overcooked, we felt rushed to leave by her. the closing of the restaurant was at 1am and we were there 3 hours before close. she gave us the check without asking if we were ready and kept constantly asking if we were going to check out. She also kept coming over to the table with the intention to hurry us up. when my dad got up to use the bathroom, she asked if he would be the one to pay and literally followed him to our table to ask once again. I even caught her talking to a guy to which they pointed at our table annoyed. she also didn’t even ask if we want dessert. although i understand how difficult customer service can be, it is not okay to rush people. with that being said, miami hooters are the best and full of life!! better service as well, with staff genuinely wanting customers to have a good time. i know hooters is better than this.

I hate to leave a review like this, but it’s worth noting. I visited this location with a friend on Tuesday evening, January 13th, and we sat at the bar. I ordered 10 bone-in wings with tater tots, and my friend ordered 20 bone-in wings with the Lotsa Tots. We also had two pitchers of Modelo.
At the time, everything seemed fine. The bartender was friendly and attentive, the atmosphere was calm, and the food came out in a reasonable amount of time. However, later that night around 1 a.m., I woke up with severe stomach pain, nausea, a headache, and a mild fever. Given the symptoms, I suspected food poisoning.
I only eat one meal a day, and the only meal I had that day was from this location. To confirm my suspicion, I asked my friend if he felt sick as well—and he experienced the same symptoms. We were both ill for the next two days.
For that reason alone, I gave this location a low rating. While the food tasted good, it was clearly not safe to eat.

Not busy. Extremely slow. Ordered “top shelf” margarita that tasted like stale lime juice. Hardly saw the server and waited forever to get a check so I could leave.

I went on January 17th got seated at 8:22 pm got my menu and looked through it. The people who came in after got seated in front of me, then they got serviced first and I sat for ten minutes and no one came to me. At 8:32 I handed a waitress the menu and said I was sitting for ten minutes and no one came to me and I’m leaving. This location has lost my business. All I got was I’m so sorry and that was it.

I have never in my life left a restaurant more displeased with the quality of food that I received. I went into the restaurant with having eaten nothing all day. I was so hungry that I could eat literal garbage and that is exactly what I was served. Once we sat down we were greated and brought drinks and had our order take. It took an unusually long time for the food to come out as you would expect with them cooking it right? WRONG!! I had ordered half medium and half garlic Parmesan as well as my fiancée ordering half mild with half bbq.
A couple things to note: both of our mild and medium buffalo wings were COMPLETELY devoid of any kind of sauce. I am talking completely dry. The little sauce that was on the mild wings tasted oily and tasted like movie theater popcorn butter not as advertised.
Out of the 20 total wings that were ordered between the two of us 18 were cold and rubbery with a total of two being luke warm.
To finish I have never over paid (yes it was 35 dollars for this slop) to be disgusted by my meal. Unfortunately, we were both so hungry that we did eat as much as we could stomach and are now already paying for that on the toilet not even and hour after finishing our meal. I have been to other hooters and loved the food but here I felt disgusted, ripped off, disappointed, and like they just threw the someone’s left overs in a microwave for 20 minutes and served it to us.
I will never. ever. ever. Be going back to a place that thinks that it is okay to serve that filth to anyone.

I’m sure just like everyone else here, they came here to eat because of its proximity to Disney World!
I really enjoyed coming in and the service was very good, especially for a random Tuesday afternoon.
My waitress, Gabi, made it much better. She was very nice and was very easy to talk with. From what she told me, she tries to make everyone that she serves here feel as comfortable as possible and it makes a difference!
I got a 3 tenders and 5 boneless wings combo, with curly fries, and a key lime pie. The food honestly exceeded my expectations.
Whether you want to go alone, or with friends or buddies, this Hooters is worth a visit!

Lilli was awesome Server , She was very kind to us and of course the dog . This hooters is Dog Friendly ,Food was great . wings were the best Also Lilli even brought my boy a big glass of Ice water . (For his Bowl) My suggestion maybe a treat for the dogs ,He complained .
