Order a family pack seemed like they used old and new chicken to complete my order as there was all dark meat no wings or white meat at all I was under the impression that a family pack makes chicken is chicken, white meat and dark meat mix. I unfortunately did not even get any breasts or wings at all it was all little pieces and it was dark meat and we still have to wait for our chicken to be made and when our order came out, this is what I was handed. This is how I was handed to me. I honestly will not return to this Popeyes I’ve given this place so many chances and every time it’s just a big bummer. I swear the people that work at Popeyes hate their job. oh and to top it off, we ordered mashed potatoes and red beans and rice and there was literally no rice in the red beans. It was like a bean soup.

This store closes during operating hours yet still takes mobile orders. I prepaid for my order and they refused to give me my food, even though the store was clearly closed. The customer service app gave me an issue number, but then closed out the ticket as resolved without any resolution. I was given a number to call which just rings and rings. Go anywhere but this Popeyes!

I am 9 months pregnant and got a craving for spicy chicken strips so I went to Popeyes but had an issue with my food it wasn’t what I ordered and a lady that works in the kitchen was giving me a hard time but the cashier and manager were very friendly and helpful and just wanted to make everything better they ended up making all our food fresh it was very good and also gave me my money back. Thank you for making everything better!!

This Popeye’s location has really turned around. They have a new manager, Lily, who runs a tight ship. The store is a lot cleaner then in the past. The chicken you receive, is what you ordered. In the past, if we ordered all spicy chicken, you did not get all spicy chicken, we got what was on hand. Now you get some SPICY chicken, hats off the prep worker on that. Lily is very hands on, checking and rechecking orders. At the slightest hint there may be a problem with your food, Lily is right there to resolve the issue. Lily has a great team around her. There are two older Hispanic ladies that work with her, unfortunately we did not get their names, but they are very nice, accommodating and got our order out fast and correctly. We also met for the first time today, Lashae. She was at the front counter, full of energy, very personable and very friendly.
How was the food, you ask? Great as always! Just please, bring back the Cajun Rice. Pretty please!

I went in on Wednesday night there was a man and 2 women working. They were slammed with drive thru orders, ubereats orders and takeout orders like mine. They were super friendly tho and took the time to make sure everything was correct. They all three were awesome and the food tasted great too! Thank you guys!

Amy was whom served us, we had a big order and she was so patient and nice. Not once did she get frustrated or was rude to my family while giving her our very long order. Her customer service was superb and we will continue to coming to this popeyes. Our food was also good and fresh!! Thank you again Amy.

Made me go inside because they just didn’t want to have the drive through open, made the wrong order, gave me a soda with no carbonation at all and, more importantly, the staff last night is one of the worst I have seen, they were pissed of having to make the food and assist customers plus they were fighting and screaming to one another. Clearly, undoubtedly and 100% sure they don’t care about their job nor the owner gives a rusty dime about his/her business.
Just Google “why doesn’t popeyes franchisees care about complaints” and you’ll understand.
I wrote this review not as complaint because the restaurant couldn’t care less nor they will do a thing about it, I wrote to warn innocent customers about the terrible service this location has and Popeye’s in general.

I waited for almost 10 minutes inside the restaurant without assistant, The stupid new system is confusing I asked for help, The Manager told that She’s going to help Me but instead still taking cars in the drive thru that came after Me. I just left. Definitely need more Personal to work any shift.

A little disappointed they were out of strawberry or regular biscuits, but we were there right before closing so it is understandable. I was a manager at a Popeyes years ago, so I totally understand. Everything was delicious, fresh, and just like being home. (NOLA).
