Went through the drive thru and wasn’t helped the best. I mentioned that my app was frozen and the guy just basically ignored me. At least tell me you don’t know what to do and to contact the help section of the app. Otherwise, the food was good, although the fries were a little bit cold.

I bought a small chocolate milkshake. Did not get a receipt. Did not get my change. Even though I asked for my change. The milkshake was half vanilla. I asked if I needed. That’s how it comes. It did not even taste like chocolate! Shoulda Went to Hardee’s!

Not the greatest customer service & my cheeseburger had quite a bit of lettuce on it. All of our other food was hot|accurate though & you can’t beat the 59 cents cones at this location!

we purchased quarter pounder and big Mac and fries, and it tasted like it had been in the heated lamp. It was not hot,and the quarter pounder has a thick slice of onion and one pickle. Not a good experience!

I tried going through drive-thru someone came over the speaker and said they would be with me in a moment and I sat there for almost 10 minutes while four other cars had their order taken in the other drive-thru Lane apparently they only know how to take orders from one lane

Omg! Thank you for bringing the bacon egg and chees bagel back! So freaking good! 🙂 although today i asked for extra sauce and they put extra cheese on it….orders are almost never right at this store.
