Went here for lunch with husband. We didnt go through the drive thru because we wanted service. Stood at the front counter for 10 min and then a woman told me she had to order from a computer. Are you kidding me!? Went across the street to Hardee’s, there was a man at the counter waiting to take my order. Little things and human connection.

So it’s not a lot that I can complain about with this McDonald’s because the children who serve you are really sweet and they try they best to give you good customer service and the food is usually hot but my only complaint would be is that this is closest McDonald’s to my house and I have two younger children and for some reason this McDonald’s will only give happy meals with books my kids do not only want to read they want to play and I do not understand why they never have toys. Like get real that’s the only real reason we are spending money on the Happy meals is so our kids can get the toys or for those who collect the toys. Please fix this it’s getting ridiculous.

Are you waited a long time to get my smoothie this morning which I always love. I was given my smoothie but I was unable to drink it.. I went and to sell somebody and while I was telling the person behind the counter she turned away and walked away while I was speaking and once even listen to me. When I try to leave a review with the receipt I am kicked out and not allowed to leave a review until I leave a positive one. You should be able to take the bad reviews along with the good ones.

What an absolutely disgusting display of customer service! Not only was the manager rude to my mother who was calling to get information in regards to why her daughter and granddaughter who both have disabilities were just mistreated today but he was absolutely disgusting with the way he responded to her. Is that really how you treat your customers or parents that are trying to advocate for their adult children and grandchildren that have disabilities? Yes you may not believe it but some parents still Advocate and do everything for their own kids that may be adults but have certain disabilities. You should do better sir. To me what’s worse of it is that my mom made you aware of the situation and then you continue to be disgusting in the way you treated her instead of acknowledging the situation.

This location has gone down hill within the 3 years I have come to this location. Missing food from my order 2x+ and then today, we got 2 orders of the $7 meal deal, only 1 patty on the sandwich. I was confused because my son already ate his sandwich. The drive thru service felt like a robot working there. Might as well get one to hand our foods to us. No words no good night, nothing.

Used to be great. Now staff is rude and will let food die in their back counter for 20 minutes until you yell for their attention after they ignore you for that whole time. This is the third time within a month my order has been cold and wrong and just wasting while not communicating to customers at all. Sad to say but I hope yall consider getting an entire new crew cuz it’s clearly an issue based on other recent reviews too. This sucks.

If I was the owner of this McDonalds, I first thing I would do is FIRE the manager. I had to wait so long for someone to take my order at the cash registers. I don’t do kiosks. If you have registers, then I know you take orders from customers there. After waiting 10 minutes, and being ignored by workers , I said could somebody take my order ? One employee told another to do it, but passed it on to a 3rd worker. She reluctantly came over to take my order not sure of herself though. I ordered 2 quarter pounders with cheese with a ( BOGO) cash receipt from previous visit. And 2 lg fries.
She charged me over $20. Every other McDonalds charges $14 and change. I then told her it shouldn’t be that much. I have a BOGO Sandwich coupon. She looked at me like she didn’t know what to do. I’ll have to get someone else she said. Then nobody came back. After a few minutes, I grabbed my coupon and hollarded back to forget the order, I’am going to to Culvers. I cannot blame this ordeal on the workers completely. It starts with management. This location just has poor managers.
Not workers. I will not stop HERE again.

The workers are very unprofessional. Tok prouder and after we played for it, handed our card back and never said a word. We saw a worker wipe her nose with her sleeve and proceeded to finish the order. We were told to move to a stall to wait and then he bought our food out and never said a word, just handed us the food. Nothing looked clean either. Lost my appetite after that visit
