Fun little dinner spot! We went on a early Sunday evening and it was a great place for a good conversation. The food was delicious, the drinks were tasty and took a while to finish, and our waitress was super pleasant and nice. Loved the cozy seating options and service. I also loved my Provincial sandwich. Every bite brought me a lot of joy. I had a great time!

This has long been a favorite and lately it just seems to have gotten better. My wife and I are there weekly enjoying dishes like Chicken Skewers or a salad with salmon or shrimp added. My personal favorite is the Kobe Burger with bacon, arugula and garlic aioli. Delicious and my favorite burger in Fort Collins. Be sure to have pommes frites with your burger. Wonderful frites and highly addictive. The food is always good and the staff friendly. An excellent place for lunch or dinner

Incredible food! There was a large selection of vegetarian options, and the food was excellent. They did a really great job making creative dishes that felt elevated but approachable. I highly recommend the beet salad and the Provincial sandwich! The staff was attentive and friendly and our food came out quickly.

I ate dinner here and thought that it was wonderful. The Ginger mocktail was perfectly gingery and not sweet. The Mediterranean Bowl with grilled organic tofu had fabulous flavors. I also got a chocolate pot de crème for dessert, and it was wonderful. Service was friendly and efficient. If I lived in Fort Collins, I would come here all the time. I live in Boulder, so I’m not lacking for restaurant choices but I was really impressed and a bit jealous that I couldn’t find something like this closer to home.

I really love this place. It’s a little on the pricey side, but I feel like I can get a healthy meal here, if that’s what I’m after. I’m often eating a low carb diet, in which case I love their chicken or beef skewers with veggies. They are perfectly seasoned and cooked to perfection. I also often order the Kobe burger without a bun and beet salad, which can’t be beat!

This last trip, I’m back on carbs and I ordered the beat bowl. It was so darn good and I’m thrilled to have leftover. The quinoa was properly prepared and the roasted veggies and candied pecans were to die for. Overall, it exceeded my expectations. Yum yum

Went here on a double date and had a pretty good experience overall. The restaurant was clean and smelled great, but it was surprisingly dark inside — even though it was still sunny out, the lighting felt a bit too dim for our taste. The food was excellent and tasted super fresh, which almost made up for the higher prices. Drinks were definitely on the expensive side compared to nearby spots. That said, the service was friendly and attentive. If you’re okay with paying a little more for great quality food, it’s worth checking out.

Ordered 2 Gluten Free Woodland Pizzas and one with Vegan cheese – 2 BeetJuice drinks at 3 in the afternoon – costs with tip $86. Way cheaper at Crazy Karl’s for gluten free/dairy free and a much larger pizza.

It was tasty but way overpriced. Cloth napkins don’t match how the restaurant is rundown with the floor upheavaling, the curtains sun faded and one burned, the floor dirty, Christmas decor up in mid February.

Love love love 415! First off, their menu is a dream for anyone with dietary restrictions like gluten or dairy sensitivities, or those following a vegetarian or vegan diet. They make sure to source their ingredients locally, which adds a special touch to every dish.

Now, let’s talk drinks. Whether you’re in the mood for a glass of wine, a creative cocktail, or a non-alcoholic beverage, they’ve got something for everyone. The vibe inside is cozy and welcoming, making it the perfect place to unwind after a long day.

As for the food, I can’t get enough of their roasted beet bowl, roasted beet salad (with those amazing fried goat cheese balls!) and woodland pizza – they’re seriously addicting! But honestly, everything I’ve tried there has been top-notch. 415 is amazing, and I highly recommend giving them a try if you’re in the area.

While visiting the area, we found this place on a whim. We were not disappointed and would highly recommend. The food was amazing and the staff was very professional. We had the brussels sprouts appetizer, Kobe Burger, quinoa salad with steak, and the shrimp & grits. All the dishes were perfect with generous portions. You will not be disappointed going here. Give it a try!
