I ordered two breakfast bagels.. because they’re BACK! I was so excited, when my food was delivered my order was missing my hash brown, AND the second sandwich was BURNT. Disappointed at the product quality. Mc Donald’s is a go to for consistency. There is no excuse for an employee to even consider serving this to a customer.

They get my order wrong half the time going drive thru. The car wash next to it makes so much noise! But at least they should remedy it when they collect the money but that person doesn’t. They don’t confirm the order on screen either so it doesn’t help.

Ordered two sausage egg cheese mcmuffins and asked for one without cheese. They put cheese on both and took egg off one. Never got a receipt. Called the store and got a cocky female sounding manager. Told her I used my mobile app code at the drive up and she said they haven’t been using the app. And hung up on me. The person who took my payment at the window literally knew my name from the code I gave her in drive-up so their app must be working in some way? This location has almost always gotten something wrong. No one seems to care. Do not recommend this location at all.

After waiting 19 minutes from order to pick up….I found my order once again wrong….after the person at the window basically threw my bag at me….. I get back to the shop to find I ordered and paid for a quarter pounder deluxe and received a regular quarter pounder…this is the second week visit in a row I that I ordered the same thing with the same results. I am DONE with this McDonald’s with the long wait times and the inability to fill an order correctly… while I am only one person to stop coming to this location…I hope others with the same issues stop coming as well……unhappy in OshKosh

*Update: 2 months later – shake machine is broken.* The shake machine is ALWAYS “broken”. Always. Day 1 of Shamrock Shakes? “Broken”. How?! It’s been “broken” on & off (more on than off) for years. I just don’t get it. The only location that seems to have problems with their shake machine. Good thing Cousin’s is across the street. Their shakes are way better anyway.

The last 3 drive thru’s, I did not get what I ordered, first time no sugar in my coffee, 2nd time I ordered breakfast burrito meal and a McMuffin sandwich, did not get the hash brown and the Egg McMuffin was the Sausage Maple flavored sandwich, lastly got my food correctly, but ordered 2 cream and 7 sugar in my coffee, there was no sugar. Avoid the drive thru at all costs. Unless you like surprises.

I have gotten breakfast sauce multiple times when they aren’t serving breakfast and I just went and they put it on my order but then when I asked at the window where my breakfast sauce was, they told me that they didn’t give it out after breakfast hours. I asked for a refund and they told me that I wasn’t charged they took it off before I paid, but they never let me know that I couldn’t get the breakfast sauce this time although I have gotten it other times.
