It’s been a long time since I’ve been to a McDonald’s. But I thought I would give them another chance since I happened to be in a hurry. That was a big mistake. They have only gotten worse in the past 3 years. The workers all have a bad attitude and they really cop an attitude when they make a mistake and get called out on it. It was an absolute nightmare and I did not trust them to give me the right items. I felt like they were going to do something to my food so I just left and didn’t ask for a refund.

Worst McDonald’s experience ever. Ordered at the kiosk which is a nightmare at every location. We were not able to pay at the kiosk. None of the employees seemed to know how to run the cash register. We had to wait for the manager? There was a long wait for anyone to come out of the back and help anyone at the register even though they could see customers standing there. Rated the food a ‘3’ since it is McDonald’s, no one could mess that up. The time it took us to get our food we could have gone to a ice restaurant.

My experience at this place was absolutely horrible.. we placed s $40 n they messed it up all the way.. we were missing half our food, we showed the staff in drive thru out Receipt showing them what we ordered, n this manager Lynn I think tried to tell us we had to repay for the missing items. No one at counter and person was running food out to a car. While taking order person went answered phone didn’t put on hold. Had to wait to pay. Then didn’t put thru because still on phone. Had to ask to put thru so order could be made.

I never leave negative reviews, but alas, here I am. Seems like this place has gone way downhill over the past few years. I honestly can’t remember the last time I visited and didn’t have something wrong with my order. Here’s the latest; large fries looking more like smalls and tasting like yesterday’s, Oreo Shamrock McFlurries 3/4 full and one didn’t even have Oreo, ordered a Double Quarter Pounder with cheese and got a single.. which at least had bacon. I get that mistakes are bound to happen, but half of this is just laziness. Also, customer service is pretty embarrassing. I would honestly have to think pretty hard to recall the last time I got the most basic, “Thank you, and have a great day!”
