I was on my way to my 12-hour shift as a caregiver and I ordered a large fry and a small coke from McDonald’s. I typically ask for my sauce at the window because even though when I order it at the drive thru and it’s on the order, they somehow forget my sauce. I asked for one cup of ranch and the woman working ‘front drive’ said, “from now on you have to pay for your sauces- it’s $0.29. I’ve dealt with you multiple times and it’s a way of getting around paying for them.” I was so confused because I have never been told you have to pay for sauce and again I’ve been asking for it at the window for so long now because of the workers’ inability to fully complete my order. I don’t know if the woman was having a bad day or what, but she was very shrew and it was disheartening. Like ‘getting around paying?’ for a $0.29 sauce? I have that laying around in my car lmao. She didn’t even offer for me to pay for it either. She said, “I’m not giving you the sauce today.” Bomb food doe

I am someone who never complains but this was just awful! 1/14/2026 around 6:00PM: Ordered through the app and went to pickup order through drive through. Got home and discovered that all of our chicken nuggets were not in the bag. My husband went back to get them. He told the lady that they were missing and she literally told him “Bullshit, I bagged them myself” and actually called my husband a liar. He told her that he’s not doubting that she bagged them, but that they didn’t make it to us in the drive- thru. He asked if he could talk to the manager and she told my husband that she was the manager. He asked her for her name and she refused to give it to him. We spend so much money at this McDonald’s all of the time, that behavior is unacceptable. All we were trying to do was get the nuggets that were forgotten for our children’s meals. I’m extremely concerned that this is the type of behavior this McDonald’s employs.

They don’t even deserve a star. Got there, long line, okay, waited patiently..got the kids meal and had me wait up front for my burger. All the line was gone. The food of the person behind me came first. Wauted still…Waited 22 minutes. 22 minutes just for a burger

Whoever was taking my order in drive through at 1:45 pm on November 16th had a nasty attitude. (Sounded like a female) She had whispered under her breath “oh my god” after she asked “is that it” and I said no. If you don’t like your job, respectfully find a new one, do better.

Was taking a break from a road trip, so I went inside instead of my usual pattern to go through a drive-thru. Positive is the bathroom was clean and kiosk worked well. I ordered two double cheeseburgers off the extra value meal just before 1:30 PM. Unfortunately, it took more than 10 minutes to get the order. The drive-thru didn’t seem busy, and I was the only person inside who placed and was waiting for an order at that time. When I got the order the meat was lukewarm, so the delay wasn’t because of waiting to get it off the grill. Therefore, the cheese wasn’t melted and there was a super thick layer of minced onion. No, I didn’t complain because I didn’t have more time to waste before getting back on the road. Also, I normally wouldn’t comment on the fact that someone who seemed to be a friend of the manager was taking up a couple tables to study or work with her computer and seemingly settled in for the day…eating her own snacks and had her own water bottle…except there is limited seating and part was filled by other diners and most open ones had dirty seats or tables.

I’m pretty sure that the employees at this location hate their job. Today, November 19th around 730 pm had an issue with a female employee who grunted at me while giving my curbside order and ignored me when I tried to acknowledge her about my missing food. The eye rolling wasn’t necessary either. Another customer was waiting long before me at the counter telling me she was being ignored by the same worker. Whoever was working needs a serious attitude check because that was unprofessional to say the least.

I’m a fan of McDonalds food. However, I just don’t think they want anyone coming inside anymore. Dining inside used to be a joy. Now, it’s like they don’t even want to see you except in the drive through. No places to park anywhere near the door. An over abundance of handicap spaces and reserved spaces for pickup orders. Just another disgruntled Boomer of course, so nobody will care.

It’s great in the morning and afternoon. Service is not nearly as good in the evening. We usually have an item missing that we ordered, when we go in the evening.

I had to ask the lady to repeat herself several times through drivethrough becaue the speaker was very muffled and hard to understand. The lady taking my order must have been having bad morning because she became very rude. Very unprofessional
