Stopped quick after being on the highway for over an hour. Ordered a burger with extra onion and no pickle. Had pickles on the sandwich and no onion. Person who took my order was pleasant but whoever brought my food was rude. Not a good experience, won’t stop again.

Had to get my girlfriend dinner here one night. We ordered it correctly, but what we got did not match what we ordered. They added onions to the Big Mac when we specified no onions. I had to go back there and get the sandwich remade. It seems the quality of ALL McDonald’s have gone down more now than ever before. Something must have changed with how they’re processing the orders that are placed. My only guess is that they’re making the sandwich immediately after it first shows up on their screens, before the order is finalized with topping changes that are to be made.

Hit or miss here. Sometimes great service, other times seems as though no one actually wants to be working. Food is consistent McDonalds. Depends on the day and time. Mornings are usually good.

This McDonald’s is pretty fast, but errors with orders are a definite problem. Most of the staff seem like they don’t even want to be there. No positive customer service attitude which is needed for working in the food and beverage industry. If you just need a quick bite to eat an don’t care what kind of attitude you will get when ordering your food then go here.

They employees messed up my order and my friend’s order. I wasn’t given any form of a receipt. But one employee did help me and my friend get the rest of our food. I love the new additions to the dining area.
