Absolutely terrible !!!!! This was my order of fries. Old, dry, cold, and half full. I also had the McRib, ya that was so gross.
Ya ended up awake half the night throwing up.
I would and never will order from this place again.
Now remind you, this is how they served a drive thru customer at 12:20pm. How can you serve this type of food when it is lunch rush. Everything is rotating so fast, that it all should be hot and fresh.
Not stale and old or half cooked thoroughly.

My fries may as well have been potato chips with how over done they were, and the employee that brought the order to my table was talking about how he wanted to rob the place…. not sure what to make of him other then creepy and it took about 45 min with a minimal amount of customers 2 or 3 inside and a car every now and again in the drive thru. Mine you my order was just a large fry and a sprite.

I don’t know how a restaurant with one of the simplest menus on earth manages to get my order wrong every single time, but here we are. Items are missing, food is wrong or cold, and checking the bag is mandatory unless you enjoy being disappointed. At this point it feels less like fast food and more like a recurring experiment in incompetence.

1 hour and 10 minutes wait for 10 cars in the drive thru, unbelievable! Waste of my time. Food was cold. Never going to this location again. Would leave zero stars, one star is being too generous.

If I could give this place 0 out of 5 stars, I would, but unfortunately the lowest option is one. My order is wrong so consistently that it feels intentional at this point. Paying for food and then having to argue for what you actually ordered shouldn’t be part of the experience.

In the Spring I had an entire order messed up to which the manager reassured me I would get a coupon to replace all those items for free. That never happened. Today
I went for a mobile order which was ordered in plenty of time for breakfast but when I arrived I was stuck in a line. Pulled up to the speaker and mentioned my code. Nothing was said. Pulled up to the window and got a receipt. Nothing was said. Went to the pickup window and was told they only had my breakfast sandwich and no hash Browns and asked if I wanted fries to which I said no I don’t want the order at all. I immediately called and requested a refund, but the manager told me I would have to come back to the store in person to get a refund for the mistake that they made. There were multiple opportunities to allow me to change my order to lunch. But McDonald’s dropped the ball here. Be very cautious when using the app or picking up orders. They got a 10
Dollar donation for me today.

This McFlurry ruined my second marriage.

They couldn’t have been bothered to even fill it up 75% of the way. Don’t get me started on how it wasn’t even stirred properly. Though, it’s not like you could’ve stirred it anyways, given that the medium it was supposed to be stirred into is barely present.

Plus, this isn’t even a one time occurence. It’s been consistently bad and get this – one of the times we asked to get it properly filled up, and you know what they did? They filled up only one of the two we ordered. When we asked for them to fill up the other, they told us: “we’re not allowed to give you more ice cream”. Like excuse me?

I get shrinkflation is a thing, but at least change your packaging so I’m made to believe that I received a full order of modified milk ingredient frozen dessert.

The rift was only growing in our marriage after consistent failures to receive a proper McFlurry, and it looks like today was the breaking point.

1/5 stars. Only because I couldn’t give 0/5.

I wouldn’t recommend going when school let’s out. There’s a school across the street the high-schoolers go there after school they are loud and obnoxious a couple of them were play fighting which is fine but not in the middle of a restaurant falling over into chairs. If you’re going at that time take it to go.

Got breakfast ordered via app.

Ordered two burritos and a sandwich. Service speed was fast. By the time I got there and clicked “here”, they came out within minutes.

However the quality of the food was sub par. Biscuit was burnt and the burrito was about 40% wrap and 60% food. They also didn’t fulfill the condiment request.

I like getting normal meals here but breakfast seems sub par.
