So, the hubs and I had tacos from Taco Bell on veterans parkway. It’s a good thing we were not that hungry as we would have starved eating the little amount of filling in their soft shell taco. I know everyone in food industry is cutting back on portion size and raw the price but this is ridiculous. Pic on left is my taco, pic on right is taco they advertise. Guess that’s what we get for eating Taco Bell.

Once again, can’t get the order right. Stopped going to the Taco Bell closest to me because the staff there are absolutely terrible – they don’t speak to you, don’t even look at you at the pick up window, basically toss your bag to you. Every one of them acts bothered to have to get off their phones or stop the internal conversation to deal with customers. Not to mention, the order is always wrong – and that’s if they aren’t out of items like BEEF or CHEESE.

So went to store #029097. Just bought 5 double decker taco supreme – received plain double deckers. The charge for a supreme is exactly $1 more per (even though it’s literally just sour cream and tomatoes that is added). So, kiss that $5 goodbye once again I guess. It’s pitiful to pay the ever climbing prices & then be robbed by not receiving what you paid for. Being treated rudely on top is just extra I guess. Tried to call the store, but the phone is constantly busy or no one answers. Left a voicemail that I’m sure won’t even be listened to or played. Typical experience & service.

Worst Taco Bell I’ve had across multiple states. Food was received cold and all fillings in tacos and burritos were soggy and questionable tasting. See if I wake up middle of the night with food poisoning.

I ordered 1 soft taco 2 double stacked taco no chips and 1 bean burrito no onion. I get my food they take a while I finally get it and there’s no soft taco I go back in they give me it I head home I open it it’s not a soft taco it’s a taco supreme (lucky I looked I’m allergic to sour creme and tomatoes) the double stack both had like crumble of chips on it like they put it on and took it off but crumbles left. The beans burrito was so cold the outside was hot but beans were colder then fridge

They gave me a burnt chicken quesadilla and on top of that didn’t even give me my cinnamon twists. (Yes I know I ate it, I’m pregnant and hungry) I would of enjoyed it more if it didn’t taste like charcoal but ya know gotta eat something

Yet again from this taco bell I get disappointment…. ordered a soft taco supreme was charged for a soft taco supreme and got a plain soft taco… and my nacho fries aren’t seasoned all the way.. and since when did they stop giving receipts?
