I just went to the drive through to get some fries and they were room temp. I told a girl at drive through who had long dark hair in braids and she said they’re not cold I just made them. If she had just made them they would have been so hot. I would not have been able to grab a handful and squeeze them between my fingers and hold them up to show her but she continued to argue with me. This place has really gone down on the tubes. They charge more than the surrounding mcdonald’s and they have lousy customer service.

When we had two sweet teas, they tasted like apple juice, when we asked the worker, she said there’s nothing we can do about it. She didn’t smile even once and had a rude attitude, she kept rolling her eyes and didn’t care about our order, terrible employees.

Walked in today because drive-thru backed up. Self order system very slow, but tried anyway. Order number came up, but no receipt to show order pickup. Ok, stood at pickup desk, NO body approached for 10 minutes. Another person said she had been waiting for order 15 min. They were too busy working drive thru.

Ordered 2 cheeseburger happy meals. They both came with no fries and only one had apple slices. Ordered 2 child cones, one in a dish. Was charged a plain sundae price for cone in dish. Seriously poor service…Food was fine.

Came through yesterday for a bagel they gave me the wrong sandwich entirely. Today I doordashed breakfast, ordered hot cakes for my daughter. They completely forgot them. Trying to call the store to see if I can come back at a later date and get them. Called like 20 times and no one can answer the phone. The place is trash in my opinion, I work in customer service, this is ridiculous.

Not sure if this mcdonalds is plain out of onions but the last 4 times I’ve been there, I ordered a cheeseburger–extra onions. Once they gave me the large quarter pounder onions and rolled their eyes when I brought it back and asked for the smaller onions. There were barely any on there, even after the fact. The other 3 times there simply weren’t any onions whatsoever. I give up on this mcdonalds

They are hit or miss. Either food is good and you get everything or the fries are terrible and items are missing. Customer service is ok considering it’s all teenagers.
