Ordered 4 daily doubles all were missing lettuce. Onions were chunks and probably thought that was the lettuce. Nuggets were either older or over done. And gave me the wrong receipt, no total. And they lady handing me my soda was hard to understand. No more mellow yellow on the menu.

We stopped for a late dinner at 11:40 and were supposed to be open until midnight. The drive up automated announcement states they will be with you shortly. Nobody ever took the order. There was a truck there before us and he had the same issue and pulled off. We drove to the window, thinking that there was issue with ordering, and staff just looked at us and never came to the window. I’m thinking the drive up hours should be updated and the franchise owners should stop by and see if they witness the same customer disregard. Too bad, there aren’t that many restaurants in this area and they could be making more sales on a Saturday night. Hope service changes soon. It’s worth taking the trip to Waterford or another location if you’re passing through, but not this one.

This McDonald’s it’s out of control. They continue to make mistakes over and over. We just order and our DoorDash delivery did not include multiple items. This is not DoorDashes mixup. I was McDonald’s and when we call the store to rectify the order, guess what, no answer.
I will now have to call the corporate office to issue a form complaint.

I can’t remember the last time I have gone here for dinner and they remember to put everything in the bag. Tonight they forgot a 10 piece nugget, went back to get it and when we opened them when we got home there were only 8. Tried calling but no one ever answers. So done. I know I shouldn’t expect a lot, but if you are getting paid to do a job, you should do it right. Especially for $15/hr.

Messed up my order again. Noticed after I had left. Drove back and walked inside. No one was around. Put my food on the counter and left. Don’t have time on lunch to go back for them to get it right. Lost all faith that even the remake would be right. The company as a whole does not care if orders are right. Does not matter the location. Another time going hungry I guess.

I just went to the drive through to get some fries and they were room temp. I told a girl at drive through who had long dark hair in braids and she said they’re not cold I just made them. If she had just made them they would have been so hot. I would not have been able to grab a handful and squeeze them between my fingers and hold them up to show her but she continued to argue with me. This place has really gone down on the tubes. They charge more than the surrounding mcdonald’s and they have lousy customer service.

Did a mobile order, credit card was charged, and got a code to present in the drive thru. I go though drive and give them the code they say the order doesn’t exist. I confirm the address of the McDonalds, pull up the bank app see the charge, have the reciept on the app, and give them the code again. “The order doesn’t exist” seems like it exists on the app, and through my bank since it shows the charge. They tell me to drive back around and order the food again. If I didn’t have a hungry 2 year old I would have just left, but not an option at the time. Go though drive again and wait in line, order the food again, pay at the first window, get to the second window, lady opens the window and says “why are you back again” I told her I ordered. She stated “it didn’t work” I hear someone in the background say “ that’s your guy…he’s so stupid” I explain that I literally just talked to the kid over the speaker, ordered, and paid at the first window, she then proceeds to quiz me on my order. Then says ok basically tosses the happy meal box out the window and says bye smirking. Not sure if business is bad so they need to charge everyone a second time, or it’s just a fun game they play to mess with customers. Haven’t been to this McDonalds in a long time, but was visiting family and it was the only one nearby. Pretty sad the state of affairs here. Will certainly be reaching out to McDonald’s corporate next week.
