Rating one star due to experience. Fiancé ordered a double quarter pounder with Mac sauce and bacon and when we got home no patties were on the burger not even one patty (picture attached). He added chicken nuggets to try and salvage the burger that was paid for took one bite and found a long black hair in the food.Fiancé called and talked to a very nice man who later found out was the shift lead. The shift lead was quick to make things right and offered to make the food again. When we went in to have it remade the manager (not the shift lead) was rude to his employee for remaking the meal and told the shift lead he should’ve only remade the burger. While both would’ve been okay, I don’t think the manager should’ve yelled at his employee for making an executive decision. We will probably go to this location again for convenience but not the manager. Rating 3 stars for service because of the employee willing to make it all better.

I don’t know what is going on with McDonald’s 3 times now my order has been messed up. And it’s all different times. This time is breakfast who forgets the ham on egg muffins. First time it was missing items, second time order was correct but food was made wrong and now this.

The food in this McDonald is so great. We ordered the wraps , cheeseburger, and happy meal burger. The food is much better than other McDonald in the U.S. , Singapore, China, Hong Kong and South Korea…… they are so fresh and yummy. The ice tea is also great, not much sugar but sweet enough. The only thing is that we wait for our wraps for about 8-10 minutes, which is a bit longer than usual. Maybe it is fresh cooked , that makes it slow but yummy.

I’ve had ongoing issues at this location. My food is often made incorrectly, items are missing, and despite rarely complaining, this has become a constant problem. On top of that, this is consistently the slowest McDonald’s I’ve visited, even during times that aren’t busy.
I’m disappointed with the repeated inconvenience and lack of reliability. I would appreciate it if these issues could be addressed so the service and accuracy can improve.

Went there around 10pm and was greeted in the drive thru with great attitude, they made new food because they didn’t want to give us a “cardboard” taste food. Very generous! Haven’t been treated like that at dominos at night

Elkhorn McDonald’s pushed out the old mangers. Under new management still has a lot issues problems.One time I found a fly in the bottom of my milk shake. A lot times the tables are dirty. The soda machine area is dirty. Often the employees are loud don’t always talk good clean family friendly business. Sometimes the staff goof off more than they do their jobs only there for the paycheck. McDonald’s staff let loud pre teens Teens run around McDonald’s making loud noises, making messes, pre teens loud for orher customers. Pre teens pushing each other hitting. McDonald’s Staff look at the pre teens and don’t say anything about their behavior. The new Manager at McDonald’s wants people to use the kiosk instead of counter service. Sometimes it takes awhile to someone to take your order or get your order.

The new owner or I think manager was incredibly nice and sweet. He was so fast and understanding. Even gave the little one another pair of the socks from the sold out grinch collection. Top stars to him and the team.

Went for lunch around 11am. No patrons were inside. Every single table was dirty. Asked if we could get a table wiped down. Response was “I’m just going on break. If you still want be to clean a table when my breaks over, I will”. He proceeded to walk away. Asked another guy and he just handed me a number and walked out the door, saying nothing. Wow! I was so taken back, I couldn’t believe it. I Asked a third person if “I could get something to wipe down a table.” He said he would do it and asked which table we wanted wiped. Other two never even offered to get someone to help out. Unbelievable!

The man that took my order was very efficient and friendly but it all went down hill from there. I paid and pulled up tp the window for my order. I was directed to pull to the side and they would bring my order out. Waited twenty minutes before they brought it. You would think after that amount of time it would be fresh and hot. NO! The fish sandwich was like warm at best. The fries, totally inedible. They were cold, rock hard and tasted like grease. Spending $10 0f hard earned money on a meal that should have been delivered to the dumpster was a disappointment. Time to take my business to Burger King. Not that the owners will care

This McDonalds is garbage. I went in on Saturday morning waited 45 min for a breakfast biscuit meal. My order wasn’t even taken until 5 minutes of me standing there looking at the dude. ( who looked like he wished I would just leave) Paid …. no drink cup. I understand being busy I worked in fast food. But seriously ??? Never going back. Go to Delavan they seem to have employees who actually do the job.
