Went to this location one time at night while on my way home from Milwaukee, very disappointed to say that I lost money placing an order on the mobile app only to watch the night shift walk out on me. Food was ok….same old mcdonalds. The service here was not the best. There was only 5 people eating inside and maybe 5 cars in the drive thru….took atleast 15 mins till we got our food. You could here the employees being loud and laughing in the back while it took forever to get fast food

we went through the drive through and waited for 10 minutes while being ignored. we then pull up and park to come in and order and the other people behind us ordered and went through right away. we then got in and ordered and we got dirty looks like we were a problem. absolutely terrible.

I gave this location another try and the pm staff were phenomenal tonight. Very friendly and they cared about the customers coming though for food. It was after 9pm and the lobby was in good shape. The bathrooms as well looked great and again everyone was smiling and happy.

Had a rough day and decided McDonald’s would help and it did. I went through the drive through so I cannot say how the inside of the building was but the outside looked nice by appearance alone. Despite being busy the drive through itself was very fast and the people who got me my food were very polite and got me my food as soon as I ordered. Food itself was very good! Got some mcdoubles, fries, a quarter pounder and chicken nuggets, all of which I enjoyed! It’s a good McDonald’s, give it a try sometime if you’re around the area.

The staffer had on a nice retro McDonald’s T shirt, so I gave them 4 stars for atmosphere and service. Breakfast sandwich was good, but I had to bring in my own packet of hot sauce from the car for it. They should have hot sauce packets here.

I don’t usually write reviews, but I had to give a shoutout to one particular employee at this McDonald’s—Kurt, who was working the first drive-thru window. In just a four or five-second interaction, his positive, upbeat attitude completely turned my mediocre day around. It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely enjoys what they do and spreads that energy to others, but Kurt absolutely did. There was just something about his vibe—friendly, energetic, and real—that left a lasting impression. Way to go, Kurt. I truly hope your managers see this—you’re the kind of person every business should be proud to have on their team.
