Love their meal prep! Their food is delicious, healthy and always well prepared. They have a great, varying selection each week and it’s affordable. For meal prep, I was initially concerned the food wouldn’t reheat well (be over cooked)… but the food tastes great even after reheating. The chef makes sure that the meats aren’t overcooked so it holds up great when reheating. Our favorites are usually anything with steak on the menu. They also have great service – friendly and communicative. They will text you and let you know if there are any delays with the meal prep pickups.

Live in Springfield, was searching for something healthy in the area, Mc Muscles came up. Ordered the Mediterranean chicken and broccoli. It was amazing the seasoning on the chicken was sooo good. Really good portion too, can’t see on the picture but there were 3 pieces of chicken. Also saw them prepping meals, very clean and sanitary. Will deff be coming back !

I live in CA and was in NJ for business. I happened to stumble across this little spot. Great little atmosphere, and the food was absolutely delicious! There was a ‘Lobster Bacon Mac n Cheese’ on special which was amazing! Also had the Ribeye which was cooked to perfection! Service was also outstanding! Doug the owner was also very personable, and made sure I was completely satisfied! I can not get over how thick and juicy the meat was….definitely will be back when I’m in the neighborhood! 5 star experience for sure! I also saw they have meal prep services too! What a great little gem of a place…Check them out!
