9/27/25 @ 6:39am I order a Carmel frappe. That is not what I got. He didn’t know I saw the large cup of mess he had in his had. Didn’t expect it would make up my frappe. This kinda service is what would make someone want to go back to the store n throw this messed up drink in his face. Totally nasty, made my stomachache sick. Now, I gotta find something to stop my stomach from hurting. Horrible n too sweet. If u won’t drink this why do u think it’s OK to service it to someone else. Totally PO. Well make sure to avoid that McD. All I could do is throw it away. NASTY

I ordered food for my 2 hour drive home. I got two of the hot honey wraps, a ranch wrap, a cheeseburger, and the new hot honey mcrispy. I get home to realize that they put lettuce on my mcrispy when I had ordered it without it. How do you not see the instructions for NO SHREDDED LETTUCE when it’s printed on the tag that you put on the box. Anyways I’m very disappointed in the failure to follow instructions.

This is probably one of my favorite locations to get drink or food.
The “older” staff are awesome! A few younger staff are very awesome as well. They are on their toes to get it to you as fast as they can and always pleasant and polite. Good attitudes! Angela, Marilynn, Troy are the best!!! Now I don’t know all other workers, but for the most part they are pretty good.

Slowest McDonalds I Have ever been to!!!! We ordered Grinch meals; fries and nuggets were barely warm, no pickle salt, and it took FOREVER to get our food, after mobile ordering. Definitely a mistake to go here!!!

Worst customer service I’ve ever seen, dude at the window was rude as hell made numerous rude gestures all bc he didn’t do his job right, ordered a large frappe it’s bad enough there overpriced but not only that the damn thing came half empty. Food was cold and soggy by the time I got it from the window.10/10 do not recommend visiting this location!!!

Ordered online and more than 5 minutes before I knew I would get there. Usually it is ready so my bad experience is just a one time but it made me pretty upset. But anyways I was okay with waiting. A few minutes then turned into 25 minutes. Throughout that time frame I asked three different people about my order and they all said it was being prepared. Spoiler alert: it wasn’t. the only thing that was made was the coffee I ordered but it was just sitting there, no refrigeration. I only ordered nuggets and fries and it took them over twenty minutes to give to me. It was relatively busy so I understand. I don’t feel good about giving this review but that sucked. I never want to experience that again. Imagine it I was there for lunch on my 30 minute break. I would’ve only had a few minutes to eat before a had to leave the building to go back to my job.

I Ordered 2 bacon egg and cheese McGriddle meals. Both of my sandwiches were sausage but wrapped in the bacon wrapper. Then they tried to make it seem like I altered the food before coming in to get a refund, When I literally got to where I wanted to eat and opened it to find the issue. I do not appreciate getting wrong food and then being treated like I’m the one who messed it up.

Spent 5+ minutes waiting for someone to come out and greet or say hi. Lady comes out doesn’t say a single word just nods. Tell her I have a pickup. Told for security reasons if the phone that placed the order isn’t here they can’t give the food. Never had an issue until today..
