Probably the worst Wendy’s in Ohio maybe the whole United States no exaggeration. The food is old and cold like they don’t make it fresh, the service is terrible like they’re being to forced to work there, and the employees are just outright lazy, this location has been closed multiple times because of low staff. Whoever manages this place needs to question their leadership skill and this location might as well be shut down for a better restaurant that can actually utilize the lactation properly, I’m surprised this place even passes health inspections. Below is a picture of Nuggets I bought no body in their right mind can tell me they’re fresh.

Pulled up to order and was told it was shift change time it would be a few minutes. (I have worked at a fast food restaurant and never has there been a delay in service due to a shift change.) I waited for a few minutes (3-4) then decided to get fries at McDonald’s because I like their fries better and could get them for free with my points on the app. I told the person I would be back in a few minutes.

We were really impressed by the quality of the food and the service last night. Wow. Nothing was old or stale or flavorless—in fact, the opposite—everything wasn’t just great, it was PERFECT! It’s been a long time since I could say that about a fast food place. We’re definitely going back. Move over, McDonalds and Chick-fil-A. Great burgers; juicy, crispy nuggets; and awesome fries!

Horrible customer service at 5:51pm on June 24th. The woman taking the order screamed at my father who is a senior citizen because he couldn’t hear past her mumbling. The food I received was ice cold and poorly put together. I was afraid to eat it it was so bad. They served cold hardened meat to a pregnant individual.

When I tried to go inside to eat the door was locked. Then they gave me a completely cold meal through the drive thru.
