I stopped in here kinda late in the afternoon. Drive thru was four or five cars deep. I park and go inside for basic cup of coffee and restroom break. I used the kiosk to place my order. Kiosk gave me a blank receipt, whatever i don’t need the receipt. Couple other customers standing around the counter, waiting on food. I watch the food bagger clear like three orders off the screen, slowly bag up the orders for the other customers waiting near the counter. This takes a few minutes, waiting on the kitchen to slop together burgers. Then he proceeds to get a wet towel and wipe down the counters, no regards to me standing there near the cash register. After standing there for a moment, i call out “Excuse me sir. I had the large coffee”. He turns around, and gives me a bewildered look, “oh sorry. Let me get that for ya”…. I get it, we all make mistakes. However, how about paying more attention? and while you’re waiting on the kitchen to throw together four Big Macs and three McChickens for one customer, you could have made the coffee for me. Not rocket science, and If you are afraid you’re gonna forget the order by the time you get ready to serve it, DON’T clear it off the order screen. And when you think all the customers have been served, maybe make a quick scan and see if anyone is still standing there at the counter… Weak service McDonald’s Jellico, TN.

Every single time I come through this mcdonalds during the day it is garbage. Evening…no issues. This is our Carmel frappes we just ordered at 120pm watered down, not full, and waaayyy too sweet! Very disappointed

This place is horrible. We were there at 7:28 pm 1/6/2025. 2 different types of pies, all well past their “Enjoy by” times. 2 of them were supposed to be the Custard filled Holiday Pies, that I was told they had. We got 1 really crappy Cherry Pie and 1 crappy Strawberry Cream pie. Just give me what I ordered, or tell me you are out and refund my money – don’t just hand someone something to get rid of your old stuff and get the customer out the door. Not sure if someone just couldn’t pay attention and do their job correctly, or just doesn’t care to do their job right. Ordered Plain Cheese burgers as treats for our dogs, 2 of them just had the stuff scraped off of them. Place seemed a bit dirty, Employees unkempt, and the bathrooms out of TP, and looked like someone started to clean them and forgot to finish. So disappointed in this place, probably one of the worse McDonalds I have been to

Sat at the speaker for probably 5 minutes with no word. The signs were on. All lights were on staff inside. Pulled forward to the window the lady saw us. I waved to her. She did not wave back but just turned around. Let us sit there for another 3 minutes before yelling at the window. We’re closed. No obvious sign said they were closed. Definite one star

Absolutely the worst Macdonald in TN I know trust me. I’ve been living here for years and whoever is running that store now needs replacing. The deep fryer grease is disgusting, everything taste burnt that’s cooked in there. I’ve called and tried to have my order remade and they hung up. The frappe don’t get blended and the macchiato machine makes your coffee taste like dumpster juice!!! DO Not waste your money here! Oh btw the lobby stinks bad you can’t even eat inside the store shew. I guess yall should of been professional and gave me my money back.

This place stunk like rotten milk! Instantly gagged when I walked in. People were not very friendly and very quiet. Forgot some food and frappes came out watery as I waited standing for ten to fifteen minutes and they made the frappes and let them sit for a long time before the food even got started. Floors were sticky and every table and chair had some sort of smeared substance on it. Ketchup was out and Dr Pepper was out too…. Worst McDonald’s ever. My father stood at the counter because they forgot his sandwich and he stood there for 5 mins as they looked at him and looked away.

I wish 0 stars was an option. This was the dirtiest McDonald’s I have ever been to.
-No toilet paper in women’s restroom. Restroom was filthy. Literal handprints can be seen on the walls. Garbage cans overflowing with soiled underwear.
-No ketchup in pumps and drink stations were covered in puddles of spillage and debris.
-Tables in dining room were dirty.
-The employees and managers appeared to be sitting in the dining room for a family meal/get together vs helping the other employees clean up, stock and serve
customers. After their family meal/get together they proceeded to go outside to Mimi and Pop Pop’s (sticker on back window)blue truck and have a smoke break. Again while the drive thru was backed up, the food being served was not fresh or hot, restaurant was not stocked and filthy. I am glad I was passing through, because I would never eat here again. This family you have working here is giving Mcdonald’s a very bad image. Disgusting!
