I visited this location every other day. I drink a large black McCafe plain. Pretty basic order. After sitting in line 5-6 minutes, paying and leaving I realized as I was getting ready to drink my coffee that it was creamy. Obviously not my coffee I reached out to McDonald’s and talked to Carissa about my incorrect order. She told me she would talk to the staff and I requested a McCafe of my choice and she agreed. I went to McDonald’s today and submitted my order in addition to requesting my free drink. The gentleman at the window informed me that the manager Stephany said they would only give me what I ordered. I explained to her my conversation with Carissa and she did not care and tried to change the stipulations. Mind you the line was moving slower than usual 7-8 minutes. I then requested my refund at that point because I don’t even want the coffee. She goes on to say I need to have my receipt which was not requested previously. She then went on to walk away from the window and she was on the phone. At that point another manager came and rectified the situation. Upon leaving I seen a law enforcement officer and I was flagged down she asked me what happened and informed me that I was being banned from the store. I was humiliated, targeted and treated poorly. If corporate doesn’t reach out to me in 5-7 days I will be filing a civil suit for slander. On what grounds was I being trespassed for. I will contact the local news. McDonald’s has cameras and I will not be treated like a criminal. I was not unruly or disrespectful

We live only a few blocks from here, so it convenient…
But im not kidding when I say this place has NEVER made our order right! We order off the regular menu and we have never customized our food. Ridiculous! We are done giving this place our business.

Used the mobile app, went through the drive thru, got home, they got the order wrong (missing items)

I called, per the directions from the app (super terrible, high friction suggestion-they should adopt chick fil a method)

They refused to give me a refund for the missing stuff over the phone.

I will likely not go to this one anymore (at least for a very long while), fries are usually over salty and under done.

Hubby and I stopped in before work this morning, ordered 3 breakfast sandwiches and a hashbrown. Asked for no cheese on two of them, got cheese on all three. This was after one of the sandwiches nearly got missed altogether.

Gotta be the worse service I received by them tonight. 1 double quarter meal asked for extra onions. Sandwich came with no onions (honest mistake?), ticket on sandwich box says EXTRA onions. 1 big Mac meal, top meat patty looked like it went through a grinder. The meat should have not even been placed in this sandwich, but manager says they make sure food is prepared properly.
Food purchased came with no napkins (multiple occurrence), do we have to pay extra for napkins nowadays?
Called to talk with a manager, spoke with Gracie. She needs to go back to manager schooling. Was rude and every time I tried to talk she would began talking, would never just listen and hear my issue/s with her request. Could definitely tell she was young and had no experience. Only way for them to help me was for me to pack up my food, hop in the car and drive back to McDonald’s. Big inconvenience for me considering they messed up. She didn’t even try to apologize. Cant believe what employees want for increased wages but can’t even make a simple order or know what good customerservice is. I worked at a McDonald’s 25 years ago, you would think services would get better after that amount of time but proven it has not. We will get food from business around them before we go back to this McDonald’s. If you think I called just to get a free meal, your crazy. I definitely don’t need your “free meal”, I WANT MY MONEY BACK…………

Everytime I go through the drive thru i have to pull up and wait, to which my food is always cold and EVERYTIME they always forget something….When you’re spending over 40 bucks or even 10 bucks, you shouldn’t have to go in and get what they didn’t get right….Wouldn’t recommend this location…

This is the worst McDonalds in Davenport!! Can’t ever get my orders correct, no one can be bothered to watch the front counter, so you have to stand there waiting for ANYONE to turn around to see you standing there to get order corrected. Told them ketchup and onion only, and first one had no onions and one had mayo on it. Then get new ones, and they are drowning in ketchup. Told them their unsweet tea was expired, and it was just left there. Tables are dirty, and no one can be bothered to clean them. If you can do without for a few, at least go to W. Locust one, they have better service!

Two Big Macs and two cheese burgers. What could possibly go wrong, right?!? Well, let me tell you they can give you the wrong order altogether for example two chicken sandwiches and a large fry and a Pepsi or Coke whatever they serve there. Had to go inside from the drive-through and explain to them that I was picking Order up for somebody else. Otherwise I would’ve just taken the chicken sandwiches. However, that was not the case! And then the manager got an attitude about itand said I could just have a seat and wait for the two big Macs and two cheeseburgers that my friend had ordered. So not overall great experience inside was clean. Yay the food was hot. Great Services OK beyond the manager and the wrong food.

It’s a fast food establishment, so expectations are not on the higher end. For the most part, I can say I’ve been treated worse and had worse food at other places.
But I would like to POINT OUT this location and only this Location is OVERCHARGING on the sales tax..I have documented proof, have informed them and they are still doing it and getting away with it. There is some trickery with how they are calculating the sales tax. It has been going on since at least 2017..EVERYONE should start checking your receipts, In it you will find the PROOF of the overcharge.
