I have been a patron of this establishment for years. I am a 17 year Army Veteran with a service animal. I have spent thousands of dollars at this location and never had any issues. The owner discriminated against my medical service needs animal today. I went to DQ for lunch like I do 2 to 4 times a week. It also gives me a chance to charge my phone. After finishing up my lunch today on my walk home I was informed by Cumberland PD that I am being trespassed and can no longer go to this location. It is the only restaurant in walking distance for me and my service animal. I asked the officer why and they had no reason to report other than it was by the owners request. This is not right

Employees blame customer for issues until they get proven wrong. Then they just say theres nothing they can do about it and to have a nice night.
I placed a scheduled pickup order for 7:15pm yesterday (1/12/2026). Placed the order while at my kids gymnastic classes so we could pickup on the way home. It was for a birthday dinner. We got to diary queen around 7:20pm and go to the drive thru to let them know we had a scheduled order pickup. They told me to pull around. Then once I got to the window the gentleman let me know they didn’t see an order got submitted. I looked at my order on the app and saw I did received an email saying “The ordering system was not able to transmit an order (#40887122726354945) scheduled for today.
There was an issue communicating the order to the in-store system.”
OK, no big deal. The guy at the drive through said I could pull around and replace the order. So thats what I tried to do. Only to realized my 50% off coupon I used on the first order was now no longer available. It was a big order so it was a lot of savings. Decided to go inside with my daughter to see if there was anything they could do to honor the 50% off if I placed the order inside.
Instead I was met with people who kept trying to tell me the reason it got canceled was because I didn’t pick it up on time. I had to explain MULTIPLE TIMES it was a scheduled for 7:15pm and we got there around 7:20pm. Then they tried saying I must of ordered at the wrong location. Opened the app up to show them my order, location, and pickup time. Then again I said I understood it was an online order issue, not their fault and that I was willing to reorder and pay if they could at least honor the 50% off coupon my app wouldn’t let me reuse since it got “used” with the first order that never went through. Showed them every detail of my order. What I ordered, how much, how much the discount was, the coupon etc. They just shrugged and said nope sorry there was nothing they could do… which I’ve worked at plenty of enough places to know there is a manual way they could of input that discount but they didn’t care. If there really wasn’t a way they could of then that sounds like a bigger issue with the company.
They just wanted to blame me until I showed them all the proof of everything I was tryimg to explain. Then they just shrugged their shoulders and said “have a nice night” and walked away to keep gossiping with their fellow younger employees there.
So we went home without all of the food we ordered for a birthday dinner nor ice cream cake and a lot of anger. I love DQ, and was very excited for our planned dinner and cake, but after being treated like that I definitely will not be going back to that location until they either get new employees who know what they’re doing or new ones who are more respectful and helpful.
Sorry for the long review. I rarely leave them but thought this needed to be talked about.

I love DQ. The only fast food that I liked, at least it used to be. I usually bring my dog and get her a pup cup. Been coming to this location for 9 months steadily with no problems, until Sunday. I was asked if dog was in car (first time I’ve ever been asked that from ANY location in ANY state as I live in Missouri.) Apparently the guy working the drive thru didn’t appreciate my response of, “Well it would certainly help?” He must have thought I was coping an attitude. He did explain that ppl try to get pup cups without having a dog, which made my reply all the more true. However, seeing as I have integrity, that never occurred to me, hence my reply. When he gave me my food, he made some offhand comment while walking away, although looking dead at me, and since I was in a hurry I didn’t make a big deal about it. It did sound like he was insinuating that my food had been tampered with. And my birger did taste funny. Even if that wasn’t the case, his attitude is more than enough evidence he doesn’t need to be working the window or front line.
Added: Is your reply supposed to be a joke? That broken link just takes me to a plain corporate site that tells me to get with the loction owner and the only way to get a hold of them is through the store number.

The two stars are only because of the black man who was kind enough to service us with politeness, the other cashiers on the shift were very rude. I sent my son to ask for three extra spoons and they looked him in his face and ignored him continuously, he’s 8 and ofc they were white. The black man however gave him his three spoons and gave a good service in and out of the restaurant.

Ordered at the speaker – first person took my order cheeseburger lettuce and tomato annd mayo and a medium choc cone definitely emphasized no choc dip. Few minutes later a different person took my order gave same thing 3 times. Again emphasized to choc dip coating. Got to the window – they presented a vanilla cone. Explained I order plane chick cone. Got it. Then they brought the cheeseburger and he said cheeseburger with tomato. I said and lettuce. They took the burger back. Got home – cheeseburger had lettuce tomato pickles onion mustard ketchup and mayo dumped all over it. Disgusting

The chicken basket and chili cheese dogs were standard, but the O-rings were exceptional. I can get that stuff anywhere. You had one job, Dairy Queen, and you messed up BOTH Blizzards on my order. Both blizzards were the large size, and they both had their cookie payload compressed into the top third of the blizzard. The cookie to ice cream ratio is skewed and not optimal at this point, but the surprise and real dismay sets in when you run out of cookie, and you are now left with 2/3 of the blizzard just being straight soft serve. Very unprofessional, especially for DQ.

We were in drive up for 15 min with only 3cars in front of us then when we got to window we saw our order sitting on counter melting and employee walk away from window and we waited another min then drove off never got our order very disappointing knowing we were paying high prices this is why we drive out to frosty boy when they are open we sure miss them in the winter
