First time going here!!! We absolutely loved It! The employee was wonderful and helped us with ordering.. everything comes separately. It is a little pricey for “fast food” but it is so worth it. The burgers were very fresh, so was all the produce. Fries were perfectly crispy and salted. Wait wasnt long either, maybe 10 minutes for the burgers to come out. It was pretty clean and open in there. Would definitely recommend for out of towners to try, kid friendly.. color me impressed!

The food is decent, but the service is slow and a bit sloppy. I’ve been a couple of times and always underwhelmed. The staff is friendly enough, but they consistently get orders wrong, and three service is always slow. I prefer Five Guys for a similar burger but better flavor and faster service.

The food there was great, the customer service left a lot to be desired. My family and I were thereally from 1245 till about 1320 and after we placed our order the one worker began preparing our food. When our order was called it had no fries, milkshake or milk. The one worker proceeded to call out to the back where not one , not two, but three other workers were taking a break at lunch time. If it wasn’t for the food taste the customer service would steer me away.

It’s really good freshly cooked burgers. The menu took a minute to decipher and the prices are just like $1 too much for me to eat here more than seldomly. Just had a plain cheeseburger with lettuce and I was impressed.

I got an iceberg Diablo double. The burger was great. The atmosphere was okay, they had the blue jays game on. The bathroom was a little odd, it seemed like they converted a 2 stall 2 urinal to private 1 toilet 1 urinal and the faucet had extreme high pressure but in narrow streams.

Hard working staff, great management. While the prices are a little steep, the serving sizes are generous, the food is great and the staff is friendly. I Highly recommend you stop by for a burger and fries

Great food. Our first visit and the food was great. Service time was fast after we were able to find out they were open because all the signs were turned off. It was more than 1 hour till closing. Overall a good experience.

Mooyah was SO KIND and they set up a fundraiser for our sweet friend who had a brain tumor. Pam Parham has a heart of gold, and she brought a management team who was amazing. They were full of kindness and donated a huge amount to Sim’s family. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was fun (there’s a big board for the kids to draw on, the kids were running around and no one fussed at them), the fries were FANTASTIC and I loved my fried chicken salad. Burgers and shakes were wolfed down by my family with gusto, lol. I hope everyone in Rockwall will give Mooyah so much more business now, seeing what a fabulous place it is!!! Our school is hoping to use it as a school spirit location next year. Thank you, Mooyah!

Another entry into the high end burger wars, Mooyah proves high prices don’t mean high end. My second trip to Mooyah confirmed my first impression. Flavorless burgers, overpriced shakes and adequate fries add up to a less than compelling eating experience. Mooyah is perfect for the Rockwall resident that is more concerned with where they eat, than what they eat, and are willing to pay a 50% premium for that privilege. (Can somebody explain why the hamburger buns are covered in grease? Get extra napkins, you are going to need them.)

The food is great and I like the fact that there is never a line. However, the service needs more attention, the guy at the register acts like he doesn’t want our business…this used to be better, don’t know what happened?
