This location was just rebuilt and designed to be more modern looking. Though as we walked in, the staff was having a disagreement over who knows what. None of the tables in the lobby were cleaned up or swept as well.the garbage was overflowing.

We’ve dined in and out and the service and wait is ridiculously long, with incorrect order and missing items. Even with a low amount of customers in front of you- your wait time could be 20-30 minutes and food barely warm! There service is unfriendly as well.

If I could give this place a negative rating I would. Absolutely disgusting. Where they prepare the food is disgusting, the area around it is terrible. Trash everywhere. I had to take photos of the tampon in the juice right at the counter, where they hand people their food. This franchise must do better.

6/9/2023- Went to Mc Donald’s w my partner- it was 12 am so granted I understand it’s an hour before closing. I pull up- get my first order- I can’t see real well at night so I asked the lady what was in the 2 for 6 meal she told me “whatever is on the screen” “we get a discount because we’re workers- I don’t do the bargain deals” I was a bit taken back by her attitude- I’ve never been to spoken to like that. I asked a simple question and she smoked to me like the scum of her shoe. I asked four 4 ten pieces- the first two no issue but I asked for two more- “so you want 40 nuggets?” in a really nasty tone. I told her never mind and she began to backpedal and say she can do the nuggets but I really no longer wanted to speak to her. I’m young- I work in food service- I understand being stressed and closing – but never ever would I speak to someone the way she spoke to me. You’re a grown woman act like it.

Got there and the order screen was off got 3 bacon quarter pounders with cheese and they gave us double bacon instead the fries tasted like nothing no salt on them ordered a sprite slushy and they gave us 2 strawberry banana smoothies and it was $40

Typical McDonald’s food and usually pleasant staff. We end up here frequently – my 4 year old granddaughter’s favorite place . The interior seating area is pretty disgusting – really rundown and in need of a remodel and a good cleaning. Be prepared if you decide to enter!

Lobby and bathroom was nasty. I order the strawberry cheesecake McFlurry wasn’t mixed together and I had to ask for it after they called out my number. I order a hot n spicy chicken sandwich it looked like they was away from the area they make sandwiches and thru the chicken in the paper,wasn’t even on my sandwich. I called them three times no answer but the cashier was on her phone taking orders. Unless u retrain ur employees or fire the whole crew and hire new ones I will not return very worse fast food experience I have ever received.

Walked in and used the kiosk because I’m anti-social. It was fairly easy to use, sat at one of the glowed tables which was sticky but I didn’t really expect different, the workers can’t be in 3 places at once. The lady behind the counter brought my food to me, which was unexpected and sweet. I got a crispy chicken sandwich, which had a bit too much pepper, but the shake was amazing, so it makes up for it. All and all were very good and I definitely like this one more than other ones in waterloo.
