I’ve never ordered Subway online and picked it up at the store. I’ve been craving your subs for two weeks so I ordered it up today. My husband‘s sub bun was so soggy and sloppy. You can’t even eat it. This is beyond ridiculous for a $13 sub you sent home a jumbled up mashed up mess. I expect better for $21 for 2 subs. I recommend you eat at a different location

I called while nearby on a quick grocery run advising that I would be arriving just shy of closing time. I barely made it but she was expecting me. She didn’t rush me–she was pleasant and ready to serve! THANK YOU for helping me to bring yummy subs home to my family for dinner!

The food is good but I would love to have back the buffalo chicken sandwich. They offered me the alternative sauce which was good but not as good as buffalo chicken. Overall the service was fast and the veggies were fresh. Thank you for the service!

Honestly the food and service is pretty good and the only issue I come across is that they say they open at 9am and they never open on time and won’t answer the phone around that time either. Online ordering is always unavailable when it is supposed to be available when they open.

It’s 9am and the store hours says open at 8am and the doors are locked! Someone is standing inside on their phone doing absolutely nothing and watching people walk up and pull the door and not saying anything. I came to get a sub before work and they’re closed. This is the most ghetto thing I’ve ever seen. I won’t ever come back here! Maybe the sign should say 10am instead if 8am

Katelyn & Macayla are the two Best Super Subways sandwich artist in the entire area. Always Friendly courteous polite and skillfull in making your Favorite Sub. Subways sandwiches are the Best but l keep coming to this location because their smiles and Customer Service is 100%. They deserve TOP PAY like whatever the Managers make. They are 2 of the Best Employees Subway has. I Salute them because they are Great every time I come. 5 Stars

Did an online order, so that I could pick my food up and have time eat on my 30 minute lunch break. When I arrived I was happy that my online order was ready. Get to my car, open my sandwich I instantly knew the bread was old. Not only was the store out of my bread, they did a substitute without my knowledge. You substitute my bread, and give me a sandwich with toasted stale bread. I take the sandwich back hoping to get it remade with fresh bread. Only to find out, there’s no fresh bread in the store (at 11:30 am) at all! So I’m offered a refund, and would I like to keep the cookies and drink? (By the owner smh) Why would I want the sides, if you can’t offer me a fresh sandwich? Very unsatisfactory customer experience from here. Caused me to miss my lunch break and not have any food.
Please work on this issue for better customer satisfaction and service. You could’ve stopped the online ordering until fresh bread was available. Do not serve me something you wouldn’t eat, and you’re the owner!

I used to like coming to this location when I’m on lunch break or getting off work, but lately they seem to be out of everything- certain meat, dressing, and veggies, and three separate times they forgot an item I ordered through the app. I try getting my money back for the forgotten items and they tell me I can come back up to get what they forgot. Glad y’all like keeping my money for what I don’t receive. I’ll be going to a different location from now on.
