Kiosk wasn’t working correctly. Went to the register, kid was sitting in the back on the counter on his phone. When he finally noticed me I let him know the kiosk wasn’t working, he didn’t seem to care. He didn’t ask for my McDonald’s code-so I asked him if I could use it. Rest of transaction was fine. Went to get ketchup and both pumps were bone dry. I asked one of the employees if they could change it, she said “no español?” Then stood there until another worker came by, then asked that employee to help me. This second employee looked at me confused, so I asked if she could fill the pumps out in the lobby. She goes to the back and hands me a handful of ketchup packets, which is fine..just annoying when you’re dining in. I then asked if they don’t use the pumps out here anymore and she shrugged her shoulders and walked away. When my order was ready it was packed up in a to go bag. My brother and his wife got their food shortly after but they forgot all of the chicken tenders they had ordered. On top of those complaints, FLY GALORE!!! Their back kitchen area is visibly infested with flies standing at the counter. There are also tons of flies out in the lobby. This location is terrible.

Did a curbside order in the app. Waited and waited. No one came. Lobby closed. No one answered the phone. Had to wait in the drive thru line. Apparently they were out of apple pies and simply waited until we were cranky enough to wait in another line. Seems other people waiting for curbside were also left hanging. If you can’t do curbside turn off the ordering or put a sign up over the parking signs. Don’t just leave your customers hanging. Stop pushing the app and curbside ordering.

Has to be the worst McDonald’s experience I’ve ever had. Waited 30 minutes at curbside for food. Went inside and waited another 10 before the food was ready. Started to drive away and looked in bag and burger had onions that I ordered no onions, and missing the 2 large fries from my meals. Went back and waited another 5 minutes for them to fix. Got home and realized after drinking my soda, the diet coke I wanted was a Dr. Pepper. No more storm lake McDonald’s for me.

The staff at this store are always kind and very quick. It’s a McDonald’s so pretty much everyone knows what to expect as far as food goes. I’ve only been inside once but the store appeared clean and the atmosphere pleasant.

This place will get your order wrong 60% of the time. When they do happen to get your order right, they cook the plastic with the burger and serve it to you. Eat at your own risk. Will not be coming back
