The meal was sad. Honestly, not even mad. It’s like…what can I really expect from a 3.7 star Wing Stop.
The fries were COLD, the lemon pepper wings had no lemon and no pepper. The dude at the register seemed chill but that’s about it. Pretty disappointing meal after a long day. I’m mad I let myself be taken for a fool and pay $17 for this.

I mobile order, said it would be ready in 17 minutes! 38 minutes later!! One person at the register one person employee got there was chopping up with supervisor, 10 minutes later decide to ask people for pick up order names when I gave them mine they had realized it paper had ran out. Supervisor could have jumped in to help some of the pressure of the customers the flow going!!!!! First and last time and last time I will buy there

Service was horrible. Very unorganized. I understand a business can be busy however it took them 15mins to even recognize I was standing on the front counter. Before I order they told me it would be an hour for my order. I ordered and after an hour waiting they advised me it would be another hour. I asked for a refund and was told that they could not give me a refund and had to call the manager the next day. Very disappointed
