I have been in the restaraunt business for many years , been a manager for over 11 . Went through the drive thru , the order taker was polite and accurate. They were fast and friendly both taking my order and while receiving it. The food was hot and fresh. The fries had exactly two perfect shakes of salt. Exactly how a McDonald’s Fry should taste . What a wonderful fast food experience. You had a wonderful team working together today and it showed. Excellent team work .

Not much to say here. Drive through has 2 lains and ine is way too small. The long trucks for the area are too long for it and mess up the flow. The food I ordered isn’t the food i got. I payed for a big Mac and got a chicken sandwich. Waited 15 minutes just to get it. It’s just another McDonald’s. Overall I would give them a 11% satisfaction rating.

Place was empty, for dine-in. I waited at the counter for about 5 minutes. Went to the kiosk to submit my order, didn’t print a peice of paper with my order #, so I pushed the ask for assistance button. Waited another 5 minutes. Had 2 employees walk past multiple times and didn’t say a word. So I left. You’re better off to find somewhere else for a bite to eat.

Terrible. Ordered food claim it’s ready but says it wasn’t paid for when I have receipts and can show my bank account showing it was. Staff is rude and unhelpful like it’s my fault their app doesn’t work correctly. So then I had to pay for it for a second time. Like maybe yall should get your shit together. And not act like I’m the one who didn’t pay when clearly I did. So now I paid twice to get cold soggy food.

PLACE ALWAYS SUCKS, never can get an order right. Always forgetting stuff and blaming it on customers. For Father’s Day I came with me wife ordered our food and asked at the speaker how it worked getting the Father’s Day meal. Stated that something else needed to be bought in order for the meal to be free, order some other things and opted out for the drink on the meal. At the window I had to pay because “ THE FATHER WASNT IN THE CAR “ although I was in the passenger seat and then after I clearly spoke up the cashier said I didnt get the meal so it wasnt free although I paid for the meal. HORRIBLE PLACE

The only problem I’ve had here is food often missing or wrong. Because we are almost always getting to-go food, I usually don’t notice until we are home or passing out food down the road. I try to check before we leave the parking lot, but that should be done before the order is handed off to me. Other than that, the staff have been fine, some are very friendly and helpful and I appreciate their smiles even when they are very busy. Not usually a long wait for food even if we have to wait in a spot in the drive through.

I wish I can post pictures. I ask for 2 mcdoubles both extra onions both no pickles. I saw on the screen he put that. I had to pull forward due to wait on my food. They bring me the rest . Was missing my other double . I get home do my thing, then check my food. Both of them had pickles and no onions! There was even a paper on both sandwiches saying no pickle extra onions.
Just wow! I wasn’t able to go back and get my correct sandwiches unfortunately
I should of checked the sandwiches before leaving mcds ‍♀️

long wait times and under filled fry boxes. our order was missing food. sandwiches were thrown together with no care and then poorly wrapped. the restaurant was filthy. I visited during off-peak hours and there were still many dirty tables, trash was lying about, the floor was sticky, and the bathrooms were dirty. from what I could see in the back it was dirty as well. employees have untucked shirts, no hats or hair nets and at least one was not wearing gloves while handling food. the high school kid on register was clearly stoned and smelled strongly of urine. management is rude and unapologetic. if I could give negative stars I would, but one is as low as it goes. steer clear of this place.
