I stopped in for dinner tonight (11-16-25) and the girl working the drive thru was veey well mannered & incredibly polite! When I got to the window, I stated how polite she was & she was thankful for the compliment & remained super polite & well mannered. Her name is Isabella & she is AWESOME!! Food was fresh & fast!

Went here for lunch for myself and some co-workers 10/2/2025. Had 3 meals plus an added sandwich. Got back to work with the food, and only 3 sandwiches in the bag. So the guy who ran for the food for lunch, never even got to eat a lunch. For $40, I would expect someone to double check the order to make sure that you are not defrauding a customer by charging them money and not give them a product. Plus, the co-workers that did get to eat said their sandwiches were cold. When I have a bad experience somewhere, I just don’t go back ever. Im sorry to say Arbys, you just lost a customer. This is not the first time I had a bad experience with this Arbys, but my experience was bad enough, that it will be my last trip to Arbys. No more stealing my money and not giving me food. I don’t reccommend gambling your money for food here, you will lose, the house always wins.

If I ever go there again I’m going inside to order and checking the bag before I leave. The drive up window is a freaking joke. They can’t even get the sauces correct EVER .The time before they started closing the window and didn’t even give me my drink. NO sauces in the bag that time. I guess they are more worried about getting outback to smoke a cigarette.

This time they got everything. I ordered a gyro and cut it in half to share with a friend. This is what my half looked like… There quality of what was there was good. Where’s the meats??

Gentleman behind the counter was lovely (he was quite distinctive with his pink shirt – they were collecting for a charity that day), and he was very attentive making sure the tables were kept clean and the place looked spick and span as they say. Food was served up very quickly and I always make a pint of visiting an Arbys when I am in the USA simply because it is a break from burgers!!!!
