We stopped for lunch on Dec 31 to wait out some heavy snow. Our lunch was picked up by another family. Before the parents realized, the kids started to open/eat our food. The McDonalds workers quickly remade our food. Our new food was brought out quickly. Fresh. Hot. Good experience here. Staff was friendly and courteous. Bathrooms were clean.

No matter what time of the day I go to the Grayling Mcdonalds and order apple pies they are always out and ask if I want to wait 12 minutes. You would think when they are getting low they would put more down to have them ready. They always have the strawberry ones so why can’t they always have the apple ones??

This is a great place to get a bite to eat on the way to Mackinac Bridge!
I ordered a medium Big Mac Value Meal, via the self service kiosk. Using the kiosk was very simple and fast. This location has table tents if ordering for here.
The food came out hot and fresh and pretty quick. The Big Mac was tasty and highly recommended. The person who served it was very friendly as well.
The lobby was clean with no signs of overflowing trash. There was a person attending the lobby while I was there.
I highly recommend this location to anyone who loves a hot meal with great service!

What happened to my favorite morning drive-thru lady? She was the best! Suddenly shes never there! I’ve been driving through on my routes and it was always nice to see her smiling face.

I only get Frappe’s. I don’t like the food anymore. It’s not good like it used to be. Plus it is never fresh. Every time, its cold and has obviously been sitting out. And it doesn’t matter which one you go to, there always dirty and the staff is rude

I took a picture of my friend’s sandwich that she received at the drive thru on Saturday, August 26th. Of course we were already on the highway headed home when we opened it up so we did not return to the store. How does this even get out of the kitchen?! Serious issues at this location. This review page makes me pick a food item to recommend. I would not recommend going to this location in Grayling, MI so picking fries was just to get me thru the review.

This McDonald’s always gets it right! We live to order from the app and they’ll bring it right out to you. Also there’s extra deals on the app sometimes (like 20% off any order over $10). Check it out and stop in Grayling for a good McDonald’s experience every time.
