Came in today to grab a snack for my son and drinks. Long story short, I bought a Happy meal and a few other items. Upon receiving them, I asked if it was possible to purchase extra toys for my son. I was told yes and bought two extra at $3/each. Great, he will love the surprise toys.
Once I got to the car, we realized they gave us three of the exact same toy. My partner went back in and politely asked if we could exchange them for something else. The (same) employee told her sorry, that’s all they have, literally just the one specific “Tiny Tan(?). If that’s the case, why didn’t the employee say something when I initially ordered?!
“Hey, by the way, we only have this one type of toy. You might want to know that before you order several.” Great, that way I could’ve not wasted money. Such a stupid, easily avoidable situation. So much for customer service.

This McDonalds is fair size. The staff are friendly. The fries were hot and the food was fresh. The sweet tea could have been replaced. I could tell it had been sitting around awhile. Getting in and out of this location can be tough during the day since there is Bob Evan’s and a Meijer gas station next store and the traffic is busy here.

I always go through the drive thru so atmosphere is not really relevant. The food is good I like the Snack wraps they are just the right size.

32 minutes in drive thru only 4 cars in front of me. Never will I go to this one again. My fries were cold and my snack wraps hardly had anything in then. The lady said only 4 people working

I was disappointed after arriving home with my fish filet meal to see that it appeared to have been dropped on the floor. There were only two vehicles in front of me. I would have rather waited for a fresh sandwich to be remade than to be served food that had dropped on the floor. I am NOT happy. There was also no receipt in my bag to speak to someone directly about the service I received.

I come here often and I am impressed at how they always get my order right. Their food is always fresh and hot, and they never even forget sauces or napkins. I feel like this is rare for a fast food restaurant.
