Food was great. But it was ice cold in the restaurant. It was 23 degrees outside, but no excuse to be pumping cold air into the dining room. I raised my concern several times. Only for more cold air. Ruined the whole experience having to eat with a winter coat on. Plus food got cold fast. Probably won’t go back to eat there again. My friend got the loaded mashed potatoes, the waitress did not explain they were an up charge of almost $4

Seated near the door and with it open and closing so much it was uncomfortably cold
Took forever to get our food and I would have sent mine back but did not want to wait another 40 minutes to get my food
I will add a photo of the chicken quesadilla to show you what I was served. Did not say anything to the waitress because she os not the one that burnt the food even though she was the one that served it also did not want to embarrass the others in mu group
I do not understand why or how anyone would serve this burnt mess to a customer
Also noticed that there were many empty tables but they had people waiting to be seated.
Service was slow—very slow. They are not properly staffed!!!!!

Walked in to a great atmosphere, immediately greeted by Darcy! Bethany is an exceptional waitress! Very knowledgeable and aware of food sensitivities and allergies, which makes coming here and ordering simple! Great, upbeat personality that makes us come back regularly. When we see Bethany at the bar, we know it’s going to be a great night!! She’s quick, efficient, and always has a good joke to tell! Shell is also a great personality and has amazing recommendations for mocktails and pairings.

Went to pick up my order and was informed they wanted to make aure I had my ID before making the drinks for my PICKUP ORDER. So they handed me my entrees through the window. My bourbon chicken was not closed properly during bagging and all the juices ran out into the bag on my lap. I was kept waiting for over 15 minutes while they made a few simple drinks while my food got cold. A $100 order even a $10 tip and non of it was edible by the time we got home with it. Drinks were terrible and definitely not worth the wait. Any positive reviews you see are bots. This place is terrible. Rude staff, rude manager and no reach back about a refund. Save your money and go to Wagner’s.

A decent meal for the price you pay, with a cozy feel and friendly staff.
The fries are really good, they have a unique seasoning on them and the sauces were all great too.
Not sure if it happens often, but our meal for five of us was all a bit on the colder side so no perfect score… Felt a bit like it was just frozen food, except for the burger.
Overall, it’s okay.

On 2/13/26 we stopped in around 915ish to have dinner after our bowling league. Sad but true we left at 1030 due to the fact we still did not receive our food. Sad to see others being served that were seated 15 or 20 mins after us. If they were crazy busy I’d have a better understanding but they were not. Pretty bad we left with an empty stomach at such a late hour never again stay away from here

I was there this past Sunday. I sat at the bar due to being by myself because I travel for work. My bartender was awesome. My issue was the food. I ordered the 8oz steak. It was gray. No joke. Tasted terrible but I was in a rush. I have never experienced something like that in my life. And my side of mashed potatoes were cold. I was very disappointed. Once again my server/bartender was amazing

Raselyn made our visit very enjoyable. We haven’t been here in a while and she helped with our menu choices. She was very friendly and knowledgeable. We’ll definitely be back to visit Raselyn again. Please commend her for a job well done.

I’m not one to write reviews but this was the final straw. My son and I went there for dinner tonight at his request and the food was atrocious. The burgers were cold and the fries tasted like they’ve been sitting around for a while. I’ve heard from a few people that this place has slowly declined over the last couple years. I have never ran into a problem until tonight. But definitely wasn’t worth what I paid for it. Just being honest something better change. Don’t get me wrong I used to love the food there but something changed over the last couple years. (Not talking about just this one) Sorry for the bad review but I feel as though it needed to be said! Everything else was great except for the food!
