The Stockbridge, MI McDonald’s is great. Granted, they are sometimes slow, but they work very hard and always very friendly. Our local teens who work there are always smiling and kind, and the building us always clean.

I pulled in at 5:35 pm with my 2 hungry kids. After waiting in line almost 20 minutes I finally got to the speaker and my order was placed at 5:53 (according to the receipt). Then after waiting at the pick up window for almost another 20 minutes, they ask me what 9 ordered and said it was no longer on their screen. So I handed them my receipt and after another 15 minutes or so they finally hand me our food which was barely warm. By this time it was 6:38 when I finally left there. I get being short staffed, but an hour wait just for room temp food? Pretty ridiculous

I have never been to this mcdonald’s and had my order right. Everytime i’m here they forget something and act like it’s my fault. I specifically repeat myself at the speaker to MAKE SURE they get it. Every single time despite my efforts, they never get it right and always make it a pain to get what they messed up. Any other place i’ve ever been, when a mistake is made, they do what’s needed to make things right. NOT this mcdonald’s.

Don’t ever use the app! We put in our order before breakfast was stopped being served. Got in line before it ended. But by the time we got to the window we couldn’t get our food because it was after 10:30. Makes no sense, order was already processed.

*update* went there again today 11_16_2021 I know this is weird but they forgot 2 items in my bag. Was in such a rush I didn’t stop and make sure even though I know they are forgetful but it’s sad that I have to check my entire bag everytime I check out. I get hard workers are hard to find but come on. You all have ti make enough off the food we oay fir and don’t give us to offset those issue. Since the day this McDonald’s has been renovated its been awful. I am really sad this is the only place in town open to get food and it always messed up.
