I ordered 2 deluxe mccrispy, gold edition meals. It did not come with bacon or cheese. When I called and told them they said they wrote it down, and that I would need to come back to say something further, but I do not go to that mcdonald’s, nor do I live around there. And when I asked why they could not do anything about it, I was met with aggression.
And then when I asked his name, because I was going to go to the g, m, like I was told he had hung up on me. Worst service possible i waited in line for like thirty minutes for that sandwich just to come out messed up or sandwiches.

1 hour in drive through and had to correct people to get correct order. There is definitely problems at this location. Now driving to Mason instead of going here because sadly its faster.

The worst possible service I have ever gotten here was today! Took forever to get through the drive-through nobody there but me and it ended up taking me 25 minutes to get my order and get out of there. The girl had trouble with the register I had to give it to her twice. Did not apologize at all for holding me up. Going to be late to my job. It was absolutely ridiculous. The service there today they better step up or get out.

*update* went there again today 11_16_2021 I know this is weird but they forgot 2 items in my bag. Was in such a rush I didn’t stop and make sure even though I know they are forgetful but it’s sad that I have to check my entire bag everytime I check out. I get hard workers are hard to find but come on. You all have ti make enough off the food we oay fir and don’t give us to offset those issue. Since the day this McDonald’s has been renovated its been awful. I am really sad this is the only place in town open to get food and it always messed up.

Second and last time I will ever come here. Such a shame because this is literally a brand new McDonald’s. Twice now I’ve been here I asked for no cheese. Not only do they put cheese on there but 2 slices at that. Made a deal out of it today and they assured me they would make it without cheese. Shame on me for not pulling over and checking in the parking lot. Super disappointed with this McDonalds.

Whoever this owner is needs to do a way better job staffing. To lazy employees to ridiculously long drive through times. I’ve placed mobile orders 3 separate times and have had to go into the actual mcds because they cant find my order. Only mcds I’ve ever had this issue with. Either the owner needs to quit being lazy or let someone else buy it up. Give us a Wendy’s instead or something this place blows

The 2 gentleman working the drive thru windows were great. They spoke loudly and friendly and acted as though they wanted to be at work. Top notch who ever these fellas were working at 1:30 on 6/24 deserve some praise for making a great experience for customers.
