9 am and the place is filthy. It’s obviously Noone cleaned. We waited over 20 mins for order. Items were missing and the food prices are ridiculous and I’m just appalled. Also the music in the bathroom volume was super loud

Food is typical for McD’s. Play area is not kept clean, food on the floor & dirty tables. Asked about someone doing a clean, all they did was trash & a quick swipe on the tables.

The manager was rude and bad at her job She does not care about customer service at all. The entire staff has a laissez-faire attitude I would not trust it anything years done properly or safely. Zero out of 10 would not eat somebody needs to inspect this place.

Went through the drive-thru and the employees are quite rude. When someone says thank you to you open your mouth and say something back don’t stare at them like you hate your job. Y’all need better attitudes at this mcdonalds. Every time I come thru it be the same young girl who does this too.

Restaurant workers are rude and slow cursed my mother out while I was in the bathroom about a mobile order that they clearly cannot read a guy and a lady at the 2nd window were very jerk offs I ordered a large fry with a large frappe with 2x caramel so extra and they had to re make my order because they did not read what I clearly put in the order fries were cold and terrible usually food is good but the overall service and the inside both the lobby and bathroom were disgusting definitely wouldn’t recommend at all!

I cannot stand McDonald’s almost every location has no idea how to get an order right. Over salt the fries and half the time the order is cold, the other half the other isn’t right.

Came in here to pick up some food for my grandson through the drive-through. The young lady on the speaker was very rude. When I get up to the window I asked to speak to the manager and the other girl that was at the window acted like she was gonna come through the window after me. I told her I said I want to speak to the manager, not you and she was I could not believe it, it blew me away by how this young lady spoke to me in front of my grandson. She said I don’t have to go anywhere and went on to say you are here eating OUR food. I will be contacting corporate on Monday morning the manager, which was just as bad they were all standing there laughing this kind of service in this country needs to stop and the managers that are allowing it is uncalled for. McDonald’s as a corporate fast food chain you need to Stop allowing this kind of behavior in your restaurants

Came through after a lake day with the kids and ordered 2 happy meals with Milkshakes. My fault for now having the person read everything back to me but I swore I saw chocolate milk shake on the screen. I get to the 2nd window and they hand me my order no Milkshakes but both with chocolate milk. I simply explained the mistake and asked if I could just pay for the Milkshakes at that window. And was rudely told we cant do that by the management. You could tell it was rudely bc the person working the window kept saying im so sorry.

My cup on my drink didnt even latch. Not sure how the person working drive through didn’t notice when the lid didn’t snap, cuz this thing is very loose. Drink spilled all over me when I got out of my car. Thanks McDonald’s.
