I decided to eat inside of Taco Bell. I was missing an item from my combo meal so I went up to the counter to let them know. it actually didn’t bother me that much that an item was missing from my meal, we are all human and it happens all the time. however, what did bother me was two employees standing behind the counter talking to each other and they can clearly see me and I’m just standing there staring at them until finally they finish their conversation which had nothing to do with work. It was the feeling of being ignored and having to wait for them to finish their stupid conversation that upset me more than the missing item in my meal. Also The restroom was absolutely filthy. I understand it’s a Taco Bell restroom, but this was really bad.

Food is ok, but waiting over 30 min in the drive thru is crazy. They are another under staffed fast food place that is consistently getting bad reviews. The “franchise owner” bot has got to be stressed replying with promises to make it better. I am sitting in the line as I read all the reviews and responses, and even type out my own. I may have mispoke when I said fast food, because I have been here forever now. I would go inside to order, but after reading the reviews I’m scared I’d loose my appetite.

i ordered uber eats and they forgot half my order. takes forever in the drive thru. and when i do use drive thru, they still forget half my order. just a really bad establishment if you ask me, with rude service and crappy food, rather go right across the street to chipotle where their polite and get my order right lol.

This store is a complete mess. Every time I go there, I have to wait more than 30 minutes to pick up my order, which has been ready on the counter for a long time. I called someone to help me, and they pretended I didn’t exist. And when they finally spoke to me, the manager with light hair and blue eyes treated me terribly. Congratulations, you’re doing a great job with this terrible manager.

So, Denise. She really is an asset to this location. With over a 30 minutes wait for our food with no explanation aside from the young man working the drive through on 10/19 approx. 5:45 aside from “it’ll be right out.” Denise took the time to come and discuss what the exact reason for the delay was instead of “I already told you, just a minute.” The wait for the food, sucks but it happens, but the unprofessionalism displayed in the temper the drive through worker was what made the experience less than positive. Denise is awesome, fantastic de-escalation skills.

Walk inside the employees are too busy singing to take your order or even do the job they are payed to do, may I mind you they were not busy at all. You get the food it’s cold and they put absolutely nothing on your tacos.

I’ve only been here 2 times and both of those times they’ve forgotten 1-3 items that we ordered. The first time we had to drive 30 minutes back before we realized we were missing something and they were able to give us those missing items. The second time we didn’t bother. Probably one of the worst fast food places and makes too many mistakes for me. Also the chicken they used for my one burrito was cold.

Here, we have the cantina chicken burrito with avocado Salsa Verde. It was pretty good, i enjoyed it. & the dragonfruit berry freeze ( which is to die for ) & I highly recommend. ♥️
