Ordered through the drive through and the women barely knew what was going on. then we get to the window to pay and completely my fault i accidentally used the wrong card on apple pay, the woman at the window still asked if we wanted a receipt i said no. We get to the second window i noticed i needed to pay so i hand the employee the right card on the phone and the manager came yelling at me and my bf after the situation was talen care of. food was decent but they forgot our nuggets.

We rarely go to McDonald’s anymore but we were hungry and stopped in here, and you need to give this one a try! The staff are wonderful – very friendly and helpful. The food was actually the best McDonald’s food I have had in many years! Even when we in the parking lot leaving, we could smell the burgers cooking as if they were grilling them on an outside grill. Again, I must emphasize how nice the staff are. If you’re driving west it’s hard to see the sign but it’s near the main road (West Main) right in front of Menards.

Stopped here on a trip around 8 pm. Sergio was awesome! He served our McFlurry to our table even though my order didn’t require it— so kind. The whole team had an awesome work ethic and I won’t forget it! The fries, nuggets and burgers were fresh. Lastly, can’t beat a $5 meal. Great job guys!

Tried calling both locations on West Main Street in Kalamazoo Mi to fin DC out how late they serve breakfast. No one answered the phone at either location and when it disconnected it sounded like it was going to a fax machine.

Usually I follow the golden rule always check your sandwhiches. I threw up my food after finding some kind of burnt melted food wrapping in my breakfast sandwich.

Moved down here 2 months ago, this has been my favorite mcdonalds! Fries are always good, love their burgers, mcdonalds is usually all over the place but not this one:) I dont think ive ever gotten a wrong order here

I said ONLY cheese and ketchup TWICE when I ordered AND it’s literally on the reciept. How do you still mess that up?? Got all the way home before I noticed, won’t be returning. It was 10 pm, no one else was in line. Please hire more competent workers.
