Received a coupon for buy one get one free cheese burger because they had messed up on my last order. the last time I was there so I asked for a single burger of course with cheese and I told the girl That took the order I just wanted pickle, mustard and tomato And that’s it and of course I trusted the lady so I opened the burger and realized they were both made and put mayonnaise on there. I told her mustard only she put mayonnaise and ketchup. Just so you know, all this is going on at 11 o’clock sharp in the morning. So there should be no reason why everybody’s making these kind of mistakes. Called the store & spoke to Victoria told ger what happened & she gave me a third-degree about the burgers so I just hung up on her. I’m not going back there again. I wanted a refund, but I’m gonna be treated in a certain way like that. I do not want to have remake my burgers because I was afraid that they would poison burgers, or something.

I’ll never go to this sonic again to eat! I would advise you not to go either.. Terrible customer service also, 1st when my food came out My drinks were wrong. Luckily the carhop was a good dude cause he did remade my cherry limeade slush the right way. Thanks man!.. But as for the cooks, & whoever made my food that was awful.. No lie! I would of took it back for a refund but honestly I would never eat anything from there again!

I ordered on the app a route 44 Root Beer easy ice ahead of time. Had to wait 15 minutes even though it should have been ready when I got there after I checking on the app. Missed the bus so I had to wait an hour after they took to long. I had to push the red button to get them to bring me my drink. I wished I hadn’t tipped on the app!

I order a cran lemonade get to the she gives me a cherry lemonade, told the we ordered cran lemonade. She must’ve poured some of the cherry lemonade out and filled the rest up with cran lemonade as if I wasn’t going to know. Because of my liver I can’t have sweets or sugar not good for the liver. So thank you for being too lazy to make me what I paid for.

Took my son here for some food. He wanted the burrito Chilli cheese and they don’t have that anymore. So we got super sonic double cheeseburger, a corn dog, and medium mozzarella sticks.
The mozz sticks are always amazing, the cheeseburger delicious! The corn dog wasn’t as good this time. I like a little crunch to mine and these were chewey. But overall good experience

We went there one time, which will be the last time. First of all, it was a regular day when we decided to go to Sonic and get some food, so we went, ordered (which, might I add, took a while), and then when we got our food, oh my. There were 4 meals, and all four of them had at least something wrong with them, whether it be the wrong type of fry, wrong drink, or an extra/missing topping. This can’t be a coincidence, and that’s why I won’t be trying my luck again here.

Was fine until worker came out to smoke a cigarette and I’m parked in mobile pickup with window down just barreling smoke from him . Do they not have designated smoking spots away from customers

Two times, I have had a major issue with this place. The workers will deny taking your order at all, I’ve come here twice and both times I’ve waited over 45 minutes for my food and I wish that was an exaggeration. Please don’t come here if you want hot food.
