Sign said both drive thru lanes were open. Automatic system asked if I wanted to use my rewards and when I said no nothing else happened. After watching several cars advance in the other lane I pulled ahead to order at the window and attendant told me that lane was closed (sign said both lanes open) I couldn’t (even though sign says for speech/hearing impaired to pull ahead and order at window) so I had to loop the building again to make an order. Overall kind of a pain.

Hit and a miss. Turn over rate of employees seems to be weekly. I do believe they are trying to get things together. I did have the best hash brown I have ever had at any McDonalds here the other day.

The overall customer service is very poor. Dining in is only open to family and friends of McDonald’s employees. The insured this by locking the dining room doors.

Ordered twice through Door Dash. 2 different stores. Both orders canceled because restaurants were closed due to lack of employees willing to work. Should note you are closed on the application! Y’all took my money instantly, but tell me I have to wait 7 to 10 business days for a refund!

If you’re looking to get breakfast before or after work, right after 7am, DON’T choose this McDonald’s. Majority of the time they are “too short-staffed” to even take your order. And the gal working the drive-thru window when this happens has NO business being in customer service!

This location is absolutely terrible, and I’ve been to plenty of bad McDonalds locations! The staff are horribly slow and don’t care. We waited for an hour+ while waiting for our train to arrive, and we STILL ended up not even getting our food. Waiting that long and not even getting our food at the end of the day sealed the deal. Just avoid this location at all costs unless you want to be driven crazy.

This location is terrible. I don’t know how the food is because I spent 10 minutes in the drive through being ignored, I pull around and they tell me to go through the first window. By then the line is 6 cars long so I go inside. The automated kiosks are broken and they ignore me at the front register for another 5 minutes. Negligent, ignorant, lazy, dirty, broken, unmanaged mess. Failures!

Went through the drive-thru this am. Ordered a large Americano and a hash brown. I literally had to wait, pull forward, The person that brought it out to my car was rude!! I explained that the coffee was the wrong size that I ordered a large and she brought what she said was a medium (no it was a small), when I explained that I had paid for a large she started to argue that she only filled what she saw on the receipt. I then pulled out my receipt and TRIED to show her as she was walking back into the building. She then stated “I seen it” I don’t know how she could have seen it since she was at the door with her back turned. She then said “I’m gonna make you another”. I waited 10 minutes for a coffee that never came. The poor guy that was behind me, I don’t know how long he waited for his breakfast. The only thing good about my visit today was the very nice gentleman at the drive up window that took my payment. I tried to call and speak with a manager, the first time, I was told that he stepped out and would be back in 10 minutes. When I called back 30 minutes later, the phone was not answered and a message could not be left. Talk about hiring the neuro divergent at this location. I would bypass it all together.

Half the lobby is cleared of tables. Floor is dirty, tables are dirty, no one is allowed to take more than 30 minutes to eat, and they lock the public restrooms. This feels discriminatory as this area has a lot of poor people, homeless, and minorities.
