The black lights in the bathroom stalls NEED TO GO!!! The toilet was nasty, and due to the lights, I didn’t notice until I was almost sitting down. It’s so difficult to see in there. Customers should be able to see to take care of their personal hygiene needs. I can’t imagine anyone thinking this was a good idea.

My ex husband went to this restaurant and got my kids food. I was on the phone when he ordered and paid for the food and they pulled him ahead. He said there was a huge line. I figured there would be at least a 30 min wait!! No it took a hour to get the food he gets to my place I look in the bag and I’m missing food and the stuff I did receive was so cold I had to throw it away no one wanted it. I get your over whelmed and I am greatful you were open but people food should never be cold. I literally live 2 miles from your restaurant. Also after waiting that long for food all the food should be in there.

Always the longest wait for absolutely no reason, it’s either they tell 3 -4 cars to move forward and then bring out cold food cause you had to wait for 3 other people’s meals. Just the worst service I’ve ever seen.

I understand wokeing in fast food sucks but if u fill the app out and get the job maybe you should give it at very least 50 percent of you. I can’t believe the way they treated my wife and myself. At first I was waiting for my deposit to clear on my phone. In witch they was closing soon I knew that I wouldn’t want people to make me stay over working. But one again that’s your job. Anyways we ordered and received witch looked like the meat that falls in the grease trap they grilld again. The fries were very cold and had salt. I’m allergic to salt and ask for NONE on my wife or mine well they didn’t acknowledge for anything. So I wanted to keep Peace so I was like Ill buy more it’s 3 mins to close and the manager tells me I can’t order anything now it’s to late. I still had time he could have made them.

Ordered through mobile app. Went in for faster service as their drive thru was busy. Ended up waiting over 45 mins and watched as other customers walked in and placed orders and got theirs before I got mine. One worker said they are still working on it. It’s a 6 piece nugget and medium fry with a medium sprite!?! It takes that long to cook? The lobby was not stocked with lids or straws so now got to wait another 10 mins to get those items! Unbelievable they honestly should have just shut right down if they can’t keep up with demand. I wouldn’t waste my time here again.

They are always short staffed for dinner. The employees are very nice but they are definitely stretched thin and most of the time the order is missing something or messed up due to this fact. I dont usually post negative comments but am doing so in hopes that the owners will allow more staff to work during dinner hours.

I would normally never give 1 star. Even though 9 times out of 10, the fries are old or were cooked in old grease. But last night, pulled up to the inner drive thru lane, waited someone was ordering at the outer lane. They pulled up, and we waited another minute or 2. Someone pulled up to the outer lane, and they took their order. We backed up and pulled into the outer lane and placed our order. This is not the first time this has happened, but the first time, I nicely explained that there might be something wrong with that lane. After that, we paid, and at the pick-up line, the guy just opened the window and didn’t say a word and abruptly handed us our order and shut the window.

This location was always unique now it just like very other Mcdonalds and every other fast food building with just different colors. Things change but dont mean we have to like them. I miss the old decor.

As a customer PLEASE remember your manners and have compassion. These employees are over worked and underpaid and giving them a bad attitude will make it so they will not come to work to serve you the food you so desperately crave. HAVE EMPATHY FOR THOSE WHO DO THE JOB YOU WILL NOT.
