I had not eaten McDonald’s in well over a year and this experience solidified the fact that I will wait another year or longer to go to another. This was around 10pm on a Saturday night and the tea was supposed to be disposed of EIGHT HOURS earlier. The dirty nasty mop bucket filled with nasty water was just sitting behind the front counter.
The fact that there was absolutely not enough employees on the time clock to clean up is the fault of the store owner or the general manager.

Came through last night and ordered 2 Big Macs and a quarter pounder. Nobody was in front of me in line and I waited 10 minutes for my 3 burgers. 2 people pulled into line behind me and got their order through the “pay here” window and drove away before me. When I finally got my order after waiting I drove the 2 minutes home, bit into my Big Mac and it was cold which made me wonder if they gave me an old one when I was told it was being made and that’s why I was waiting? Also received 3 Big Macs (not what I ordered) and the third one didn’t even have everything on it, it was missing a whole patty and toppings( see picture). The bottom bun was also upside down? Like what was going on for it to be messed up so bad? I called before opening the third burger and they said I’d get a free Big Mac and quarter pounder next time, but then I started looking at the reviews and seen someone found a safety pin inside their McFlurry?? Might not come back on my own terms, but only for my boyfriend to get the free burgers he didn’t get to enjoy properly the first time. So disappointing after a long day at work, just wanting something quick and easy to eat.

Food took over half an hour to get after it said that my order was ready so probably well over 40 minutes total just to get a happy meal and a triple cheeseburger meal. It really wasn’t that busy but even if that was considered busy for the store, there was no communication. Workers attitude was lackluster until the very end when I got my food the gentleman was nice. I would not recommend this location over other McDonald’s in the area will not be returning.

Have you noticed the change in management at McDonald’s? The old manager, Natalia, left, and a new manager, a white woman, took over. I’m not sure her name, but she’s been really rude every time I’ve come it’s been the same she doesn’t provide good service. The atmosphere has become hostile, and I’m no longer enjoying coming to McDonald’s on cedar and I’m not only speaking from experience but also how I’ve seen her treat others and even her coworkers look like they feel bad for the people who she speaks with at times. Hopefully she’s a better person outside of work but those are just my experiences recently.

10/11/2024, I went here to breakfast for my family. My husband went inside and order 4 sandwiches and 1 drink. At first they gave me the wrong order and that was 30 mins being there. I had all the kids with me in the car including my 9 month old baby for A HOUR. We all go inside and ask for a refund because what do you mean we are waiting for 2 sandwiches and it’s been an hour. The lady isn’t even taking orders but looks at everyone in the lobby. She is only doing DoorDash orders. We get the refund 10 mins later by the manager and the manager said she is new but if she is new wouldn’t or shouldn’t you be working with her? The manager was not even considerate that we have been waiting for an hour and still waiting. I am very understanding because I have worked at a McDonald’s before but there is not any excuse as to why I had to wait and get a refund for that long. I could’ve went to a sit down restaurant as long and have got better service and so on. I will never ever come to this location anymore and it will sooner or later get shut down because of how they operate.

I place an online order and got it, I’m sure it was accidental but I bought extra nuggets and did not get them, so I get back in line and waited… and waited… and waited. Meanwhile at LEAST 3 other customers come back in after receiving orders and they’re all missing one or more items. Now there’s an ARMY of people standing at this counter waiting to get the stuff WE PAID FOR and none of the employees will even approach the counter! Eventually one came up to give somebody their food and she was seriously right about to turn right back around without seeing why everybody else was ganging up on the counter! We grabbed her attention and everyone finally got their food but my whole lunch, spare the new nuggets, was ICE cold by the time I returned. Waste of time and money!

Since when did you need to pull forward and wait at McDonald’s for 4 piece nuggets, small coke and small fries?!?!!! Wasn’t McDonald’s founded on the quickest fast food service in the first place?! They are NOT Cluvers and they are not equipped to manage multiple orders to be dropped off at cars. No system at all, I watched my food get cold while the girl came out and searched for who’s order went where for 6 cars they had “pull ahead” before she got to me. And the Extreme increase in pricing makes them not an inexpensive choice for any meal now. The cost, value, taste are NO LONGER THERE. I will not be back here or any McDonald’s and im deleting the app.

I really don’t know why this location just can’t get right, they never have anything ready, 9:15 Sunday morning and they don’t have eggs, just pull ahead for 15 min are they waiting for it to fall out of the chicken??? the parking lot is always full of trash. I try not to stop at this one but sometimes I forget how incompetent they are. I used to frequent this one almost daily. I have moved and been away from Lansing for a year and I just revisited. My order is wrong as usual, added ingredients to sandwiches that they don’t traditionally come with. When I approach to get things fixed it’s just snotty attitude. $15 for 3 items yes I want it fixed. Now I’ve been waiting in a pull up line for about 10 mins. Late to obligations, watching her look at me through a drive thru window. Never again, save yourself
