This location is filthy. The women’s bathroom hasn’t been tended to in like what seems like 2 weeks, looks like someone pooped on the floor. The garbage bags look to be re-used as they are yellow and aged looking.
The dining area is no better food all over the floor and tables. Maybe 2 of 20 tables looked clean enough to eat at and there were no napkins in the whole place. Didn’t stay for service.

Absolutely horrible!!! I orders an almost 6$ breakfast sandwich with Canadian ham on it and it was like hitting a rubber band!!!! When I called to get it refunded it was okay so I came back and asked for a refund on an almost 6$ sandwich and I was given 2$ back!!! No explanation nothing just shit the window in my face!! Absolutely bamboozled with the way they treat people here!!!

For as busy as they were during lunch time yesterday (10/05/25), I would have thought the food would have been hot.

The fries were luke warm, the Big Mac was luke warm, the apple pies were luke warm. The Ketchup dispenser was out, so instead of refilling it, they just put a box of Ketchup packets at the front counter.

Not sure what’s going on with the monopoly stickers but this location never seems to have them where they are supposed to be. Only ever gotten a sticker from fries at this location. Just frustrating when you order exclusively from the monopoly menu

Really nicely decorated store with ample seating.

Is such just a really helpful and taking out and then bringing it to our seat when it was ready.

The double quarter powder was well put together and tasted delicious. Our fish fillet sandwich was ordered double tartar sauce, but still was a bit light on the sauce and dry.

Their pop machine was well calibrated as the Coke products were delicious.

I came across a Facebook post from a fan sharing that McDonald’s had a Detroit Lions Bundle pack. As a loyal fan, I had to have it! Not every location had them. I reached out to Lansing Foodies to help me with my pursuit! A couple of calls and two trips later, the Mason McDonald’s location pulled through!

Ive been to this mcdonalds a couple times and have a bad experience each time. I stopped there tonight on my way home. The person at the window wasn’t very friendly. After getting my sprite and tasting it, it tasted horrible! Kinda like when the machine needs to be cleaned. I couldve asked for a new drink but at this point, I was not happy with this place and just wanted to go home! I will not be coming back to this mcdonalds

How bad could a McDonalds be? After my third bad experience here I thought it deserved a review, because it appears this location has issues that others don’t. Today my wife and I showed up at their empty drive-through to place our mobile orders. We had each placed a mobile order on our own phone. When they heard that we had 2 mobile orders they said we could only fill them by parking and coming inside. We’ve done this many times at other McDonald drive throughs, never with any problem. I asked why, and the order taker (who turned out to be the manager) wouldn’t answer. Long story short, getting food took about 15 minutes inside and there was no line. My best guess, only a guess, is that they try to punish dual orders to ensure that in the future there is only 1 mobile discount per car. And then the fries arrived stone cold. I got to thinking about other problems I have had only at this location. For example, I usually ask for “light ice” at the drive-through speaker because the mobile app only allows regular or no ice. All other locations happily do this – but this location says “we can’t adjust because the order is already in.” I won’t go through my third bad experience because this review has already gone on long enough, lol. I’m cool with McDonalds but not this one.

It’s more miss than ever! The day I’ve had was bad enough then this b.s. happened. See pics.
I don’t care if the person who assembled it had a bad day too, they had a chance to bring joy to a customer. FAIL!

Extra pickle tossed. And tartar sauce not on the darn filet
