My first time pulling up for breakfast i order a breakfast special for $8 the best part were the sausage links. The hash browns were not brown at all, they were soft and greasy. I stopped here for the first time this morning I want my $11.00 and change back. This was a waste of my 20 minutes. My hash browns are not fully cooked, still hard and the eggs are hard. I asked for scrambled eggs with cheese I don’t know what this is. I bought two orders to share with my staff but they don’t want this mess. My daughter and I stopped in for a quick breakfast. It was our 1st time eating here. The seating area was clean. The service was good and fast. My one problem was that I only had credit cards on me. Our waitress ran our bill and gave me my receipt. I asked where I could. I put the tip on our order, and she said management didn’t allow them to put tip on cards. I know it’s probably a security issue, but I felt bad not leaving her tip.

I placed a call-ahead order for pickup, specifically for an omelette that includes toast and hash browns. Upon arriving at the establishment, I was not greeted as there was no one at the counter. After waiting for about ten minutes and reading a sign aimed at employees that warned, “Give condiments without being asked, and you will be FIRED!” I considered leaving. Eventually, a young lady appeared and asked if I had called ahead. I confirmed, provided my name, paid for my food, and left.

While in the car on my way to work, I decided to take a bite, only to discover I had received a brick instead of hash browns. I was shocked that these so-called hash browns were placed in my container rather than discarded! The kitchen staff clearly showed a disregard for delivering quality food. I called the restaurant back using the same number I had ordered with, but was promptly put on hold. After five minutes, I decided to call from a different number (still waiting on hold on the first call). The same young lady answered and said, “Rios, go ahead with your order.” I was astonished by their lack of concern for handling complaints; had I not called from another number, I might still be waiting on hold.

According to management, my only recourse was to bring the food back in the morning since I would be late for work if I turned around immediately. As I’m not local and just pass by on my way to work when I work at a particular location. However, I wasn’t sure what to do with just a side of hash browns and requested a partial refund. I was told that my only option was to return what would be day-old hash browns to have them remade. Professional customer service is clearly lacking here, and I ultimately just took the loss.
