I stopped at this location on my way to Ann Arbor. I ordered through the app and received confirmation of order and payment. The app estimated that it would arrive curbside in 2-5 minutes. After 10 minutes I went inside to see what the delay was (place was not busy). There was no signage that there was no one working the front register. I waited another 10 minutes waiting on 1 of the 4 people I say working the line to see why I was just standing there or if I needed help. Nothing. So I then rather loudly said I can I ask about my order. The employee that was looking at me did nothing and then “Peggy” appeared from around the corner. She angerly asked me “How can I help you?” I explained that I had placed a curbside pickup thru the app 20 minutes prior and have not received my order. She then said, “I only have 1 other person working beside me and what was your order, in a tone that was clearly annoyed.”

As previously stated, I had seen 4 other workers on the line working. I told her my order and she then stated that the “system” had not confirmed my order (as previously stated, the app had stated differently and my bank account also confirmed payment had been made.” She then went back around the corner and grabbed an order that was mine. Which had an improperly prepared sandwich, cold fries, and partially melted McFlurry (I know it is a miracle that the ice cream machine was actually working.) She took the bag back and made corrections and almost threw my bag at me and stated the corrections had been made. I asked if she was the manager and she stated yes. No wonder this industry is struggling finding competent staff when the management is this incompetent.

I will never visit this establishment again. I hope this post will also influence those who read these reviews to not be a customer of this establishment.

This store I’ve had some minor issues before but today i was really irritated. Window girl i give her cash and as I’m asking for 2 10’s back she closes the window. Tried to get her attention before she closed the drawer and couldn’t. Then when i asked she says she can’t open the drawer without her manager so i ask her to get her. Then she tells me pull to the next window and they can get you change there….. next window the girl tells me the same and i said well ask the manager. That is not my fault that the girl back there closed the window before i could finish asking. That old manager lady is in so much of a rush, she couldn’t just say sure and get it for me, she lies to me and tells me she can’t. So because the customer doesn’t matter to that store, I’m not going there anymore. And anybody else who values customer service DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE. There is another store on the next exit east and 2 exits west. I simply asked for change and was treated like nothing

The beyond rude woman at the drive thru this morning was the worst customer service experience I have ever had. When it already is an extremely emotional day to be yelled at the moment we pulled up to the window is disgraceful. Apparently we were rung up for the wrong order. We didn’t pay attention as the meal we ordered for was for our dog who was dying of cancer and this was his last meal on the way to the vet. Instead of it being a calm experience it was actually traumatic. She kept yelling you paid for something way cheaper than you ordered!!!! You owe way more money! We explained numerous times what we ordered she yelled but you haven’t paid for it. Not our mistake. Demanding our receipt we didn’t get one for the other window. She then was cussing at us as the window closed. Then she had to call a manager to rering. No apology or nothing. None of that needed to happen.

I’m just going to have to keep editing this lol. Today you forgot my nuggets those were for my dog. You also somehow didn’t have any pies.. this is not acceptable!

I’m going to update my review so update I haven’t had a bad experience here in a while I suspect it’s because they got rid of the last general manager things at this McDonald’s have really turned around since then. Food has been more accurate in coming out on time..getting parked way less! Good job to whoever turned it around. Much much better! Keep up the good work!

This is what my double hamburger looks like when I opened it up. Next up was my bottom bun that was toasted on both sides and burnt for that matter and then another burger and the top bun on the very bottom I guess my question is why is my hamburger on the outside of my bun

I had the most wonderful experience today at this McDonald’s! If you sit in the 30 minute only parking spot and look out into the parking lot behind the brick building you can see men walk back there. Then a semi truck pulls up and the men disappear behind it. When the truck pulls away they are all gone. Today I decided to switch things up and go inside and order a happy meal. I looked at the happy meal toys and realized you could get a semi truck! This made me so happy! I didn’t know if I would get one or not because it’s random but I said out loud how happy it would make me. When I got my happy meal I went outside and sat in my car. When I open it up I GOT THE SEMI!!! MY HEART ORGASMED! I don’t know if it was Jesus Christ or the McDonald’s workers!❤️❤️❤️ This made my whole week! McDonald’s keep doing God’s work!❤️✝️
