This Skyline is a major one for student athletes from Colerain High School. It has received a beautiful remodel from the many many years ago that I lived in the city, but I always try to make it back to visit whenever I can.
There’s so many new items on the menu I can’t wait to try. The food is always fresh, the service is fast and it’s a great way to kick back and relax while enjoying Skyline time!

I apologize for not getting the manager on duty’s name, but thank you sir for making my hard enough day a very nice experience and literally making my day with pure customer service. My one chilito to at I ordered and quite messy in my container (which never happens seriously btw) the manager was more than inclined to agree with me that was not their standards and immediately jumped into action to make it right. I appreciate such great customer service even in the smallest of circumstances. I will definitely be back soon lol.

After the game tonight we ate at this Skyline. We have eaten at other Skylines before, but after tonight, this will be our number one. It is not because of the food, location or atmosphere, pretty much the same as others, but because of the folks that work there. They are very friendly and nice, but the one that stands out and is an outstanding server and person, Ellie W., made the night. She is truly a real asset to this location and the total Skyline system. She needs to be recognized by upper management for her efforts. I highly recommend this location for good food and hope that you are lucky enough to have Ellie W. as your server.

Have ate there quite a bit. Service is great ,place is clean. The problem is the chili is so watered down you either get a soggy cheese Coney or What I usually get is a four-way bean. The four-way bean ends up being noodles, beans, and cheese with water and a little bit of meat. if you order it dry, you literally get almost no meat, just noodles, cheese, and beans. I don’t mind paying their premium prices. You just want a decent four-way ,all Skylines aren’t like this.

Its officially cheaper to go to the grocery store and eat healthy rather than buy a family of 5 skyline….some 3 ways a chili cheese fry and drinks was $60 before tip…. your losing it skyline. Dont forget it just some noodles sauce and cheese on top!

We stopped here on our way through the city. We got the 5 way and cheese fries. They were both good. We asked for a ranch to dip our cheese fries in. They only have the not good ranch that comes in a packet that cost .75 cents. No big deal but I think the server should inform the person ordering of the extra charge. Our 5 way was hot but the fries were not. When we got our bill we had an additional charge labeled mint that we questioned the waitress about and she had it removed. She should have checked the bill before bringing it to us to make sure it was accurate. Make sure to check your bills for added things you didn’t order. Overall it was ok. I prefer Steak N Shake or a homemade 5 way over this one.

If you get off of work late and expect them to be open till their “closing time” meaning 11:15 don’t even come since apparently they close whenever they want. Got here at 10:40pm they were closed. Update your hours online or make sure your staff stays until closing

It was a little hard to find a seat when we arrived, but it wasn’t so much the number of customers as it was the number of uncleared tables. I assume that we just missed the rush. The server was reasonably prompt and friendly, though, and they seemed to be well-staffed. The food was great and up to Skyline’s predictably high standards.
