This location is horrible. On Wednesday January 28th,2026 around 4:15 pm We waited 25 minutes for A 10 piece chicken nugget meal and a snack wrap meal. 8 cars behind us got their food before us!! Ridiculous!! When we got our food they gave us medium size fries when we asked for large. Guess what else.. we waited that long for our fries to be cold. When I bit into the nuggets the breading was crumbling in my hands like they used old oil. My husband took a bit of his snack wrap and they had two tortillas on one. The inner shell was very small and the outer shell was ripped up and tasted stale. When he took a bite of the whole wrap, it tasted fishy and left a bad taste in his mouth. You better hope he doesn’t get food poisoning!

Went thru drive thru, no other cars at speaker, took a few min for someone to take order , then paid and pulled up to next window to pick up, noone Infront of me. After a few minutes asked to pull into parking spot to wait. I reluctantly did that. Mind you I ORDERED ONE ITEM A TRIPLE CHEESE BURGER. So all they need is 3 patties, a bun onions and ketchup. I am now at 7 minutes waiting after pulling into park spot. And I still do not have my order. Completely ridiculous, either lazy workers, lack of management, or both. I could have gone to a sit down restaurant and been eating faster . Just over 9 minutes, and that is from when I left the last window. And my burger is like warm at nest so they did not just make fresh food. But they did have another cars order in hand so, this maybe lazy workers not wanting to make 2 trips out the door. And after getting the burger it was not made to order. I asked for Xtra onions, if anything there was less than normal.

Sooooo, I’m Standing in line and I see people behind the counter moving around. But nobody is taking orders. So I ask is anyone taking orders. I was told that he couldn’t take orders at the counter because he has drivethrough to take orders for. I’ve been standing her for 10minites behind this old man. NOBODY HAS COME TO TAKE OIR ORDER! They are literally walking past like we are not here.

This is the slowest restaurant I have ever ordered food from. I mean it. Over a 10 minute wait for one item. Nobody behind the counter acknowledges my existence. Find any other McDonald’s. This place isn’t worth your time.

I take care of a special needs client and we went to visit McDonald’s as we do every Monday and Wednesday because he needs his tea to stay focused. The young lady handed the hot water, boiling hot water of tea to me without putting the lid on it securely. The scalding hot water gave me second-degree burns on the left side of my body. I went inside to speak to the manager, who knew nothing of an incident report nor how to help me. My body began to burn. My client began to have several behavior attacks because he thought the young lady was throwing water at me which got him very upset. I went to the hospital into my doctor and learned that I suffered a sprain thumb, and second-degree burns on the left side of my body. I have a personal lawyer because I am a business owner and a professional. I was advised by my attorney to contact McDonald’s insurance as well as corporate. I spoke to someone in corporate and they assured me the insurance company will be contacting me. They never did, I received a number for the insurance company. I’ve called them three days in a row four times a day and no one answers the phone or call me back and there’s no way to leave a message. Not only does. These burns affect my appearance, but they also affect how I function at work. I’ve not been able to put on work gloves because of the irritation. There’s discoloration on my body and some of the parts that were burned our private and unspeakable so you can imagine how that’s affected my life. The owner of McDonald’s on Clio Road needs to teach training how to conduct yourself in the workplace whenever there’s an emergency or an incident that occurs that’s threatening to customers. This is disappointing and I will be contacting my attorney and moving forward. I was hoping we could handle this without going this route however I’m embarrassed and as shame and disappointed at how the McDonald’s right in the city that I frequent so very often and support so very often has such Lack of care and concern for their customers. This is $1 billion corporation and it makes no sense that I should have suffered from second-degree burns and it’s not an immediate situation for the company to respond to. I honestly feel if this was a McDonald’s in Grandblanc or on the outskirts of Flint. They would’ve handled me a lot differently.

I’ve been here a few time had good service and idk what happened but special afternoon, evening and night shift are really horrible with service I stand in line 20 mins for people to keep looking at me and never came to help me to pay the bosses need to fire those teenagers and get better people there to stop goofing off all the time my food is nasty the last few time I went there and cold bc I’m sitting there for over 20 mins for food when no one or a few people are there

Ordered two snack wraps and a 6 pc kids meal with extra fry on their mobile app while sitting in the restaurant cause no one was taking orders. 38 minutes later after checking multiple times on my order. I finally got my order. It was cold. The chicken was very dry. My six-piece kids meal even though it’s said it was a six piece. It was only a four piece. There was no extra fry. The fry that was in the kids meal literally had four fries in it. They were extremely rude. When I asked them about fixing the kids meal. I did not see one manager the entire time I was there. It was literally all teenage kids running everything being unsupervised. I have had bad experiences McDonald’s before but this one topped every experience I’ve ever had. When I asked to speak to a manager I still know did not get a bandage first over a half hour later.
