I went at 11 am. I purchased 4 of the grinch meals. 3 with nuggets and 1 with the Big Mac. The Big Mac was at best Luke warm and all the fries and nuggets were cold I literally started eating it at the Walmart lights. Less than a minute away. By far the worst food ever. The help was excellent and very friendly. If I am paying that amount of money for the food it should be eatable. Only reason I went was for the grinch socks. Ring a former McDonald’s worker in Kittery Maine I would be ashamed to serve this quality of food. Only ting made eatable anymore is your breakfast sandwiches. Definitely will not go out of my way to go to your restaurant again.

I visited more than 24 hours after the last snowfall and found the parking lot and sidewalk around the building, including the handicapped area leading to the entrance door, slick with ice. It appeared that it had not been salted at all. This was at 12:45 in the afternoon, so there was no reason for this. I had planned to use the restroom and purchase lunch. After passing by three or four employees standing idly and chatting at the counter as I entered the restroom, I found the trash can blocking the handicapped stall. The two open stalls were reasonably clean, as was the sink area, which was a pleasant surprise, given the other factors. After using the restroom, I just left without lunch, for fear I would slip in the parking lot if I left with a cup and bag in my hands. I had to steady myself on vehicles due to the ice. Lawsuit waiting to happen. Customers shouldn’t require cleats to enter the building. 🙁

3 out of 4 times they couldn’t count to 4, as we were shorted a nugget in 3. Order was made wrong and the kitchen staff argued with the manager about how to fix it…… They wanted to wipe the bun as a way to fix an item that was an allergy item in our order. Manager had to go back and make it herself. Not one sandwich was actually all in the bun, with everyone more than half out and not able to be eaten as is(unless you did so with a fork or love condiments on your hands). Missing pickles on 3 of 4 burgers. Fries weren’t fully cooked, all this and we waited 15 minutes for the order. Do yourself a favor and go an exit in either direction and try a different location. Last time we’ll stop here.

Today will be my last visit with them. I go there everyday, never have a problem. Today I waiting 10 minutes for a frappe. Just for them to tell me they can’t make it. There goes my points bummer. As they have friends in the lobby. No one working, place turned into a daycare for kids.

I find it amusing a manager or shift manager (I don’t remember which shirt is which anymore) would have the audacity to ask someone who ordered no onions and no pickles why can’t they just pick them off. It’s almost as if you’re asking for a lawsuit one day. She’s the older lady with white hair. It’s also funny how lazy your grill team is. Stop ignoring the screen and do your jobs before you get sued for giving someone an allergic reaction. It’s obvious when they’ve been contaminated too because you can still taste the onions and pickles that shouldn’t have been in there which has also happened multiple times.

Bought a new quarter pounder with cheese. I didn’t realize it comes with a sheet of paper. Didn’t notice it till I was back on the highway. But I turned around at the next exit and had a talk with the manager. He was very apologetic and refunded the meal and gave me another one. But still… who wouldn’t have noticed that is went through it’s cooking and packaging process?

One of the worst breakfast I’ve had in quite a while with McDonald’s. Hash browns are unbelievably hard bite into it and it crumbles apart into chunks of potato. That’s not just the outside that’s the inside as well The bacon looks like I don’t even know what to compare it to honestly. I’m glad that I did not keep eating I probably would feel sick to my stomach or more if I had.

I’ve never felt older in my life going to a McDonald’s. But I have to give it to the half dozen kids in high school that seemed to be running the entire restaurant, as I went through the drive in. I got all my food in time with no mistakes, they were very polite and it gave me faith in the next generation.

They always give me the wrong order, missing items or cold food. Always takes 20-30 minutes. They always have an attitude. They lack organization and discipline. They don’t work as a team. I sat here and watched 3 employees one one coffee for the same order. Two went to waste but that’s not the kicker. All the coffees looked different in size and color. And they all called the same order number. Just sad. Worse McDonalds location I’ve been to
