This used to be a decent place to go in and sit down and have breakfast But since the ants moved in and the roach by the door things has changed but not for the better. I spoke to management about the ants and showed staff the roach at the door.
Too often tables are not clean and dried but are left wet or dried residue. Not everybody knows how to clean the table.
The floor’s in the restroom are left wet for hours during the day nearly every day. Either it’s being neglected or there’s a water leaking issue. And the latch for the stall is left broke so you don’t have privacy. I believe they could do better.

I visited on Wed Dec 3 2025 around 5pm. The store was pretty crowded and there were cars in drive-thru plus doordashers… yet service was quick, food hot, soda well-carbonated. Bravo! Excellent management and teamwork.

Just had an incredibly rude experience at the drive thru. The first speaker to take orders said to move to the next speaker, I moved to the next speaker and waited for a bit, said “hello?” And didn’t hear a reply so moved on to the window to put in my order. When I got there a man in grills and with patchy hair asked what my order was and I told him I was unable to be put in an order because I didn’t hear anyone on the speaker. He began yelling at me and said I should have waited, I’m meant to wait, he has the headphone on. It was so bizarre that this man thought it was appropriate to yell at me. I just drove off.

The workers are great and friendly, but time and time again I ask whether they have a product to be told yes. Then pull to the window to be told it’s not any left. Also the amount of times they get your order wrong, makes you wonder if the person bagging can read.

I had 2 or 3 meals here, inside the restaurant, during a 3 day period. I think it’s unusually good for a McDonald’s. The staff works hard and there’s a worker who pays a lot of attention to the customers, fixes problems, keeps things moving. The interior is kept pretty nice, too. It seems to be well-managed. Good place.

First off, live in the area and this is the closest McDonalds versus heading further into the city. I believe they are docked pay if they give out sauces… Also, only McDonalds that has cold fries, even asking you to move up while they make a fresh batch. Your order will be wrong 50% of the time. Also, I am tired of seeing them hand the car in front of me, my food… then refusing to remake my order.

Do not go here, these people are underpaid and do not care about their job enough. On MULTIPLE occasions these people have been rude, took forever to prepare food, and forgotten to put food that I PAID FOR in my bag! They need to either train their staff better or get people who actually care.

This is the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. The people here do not care about the food, the people, or the service. I drove up to the drive through, waited 10 mins, no one talked through the intercom and then I proceeded to drive to the fist window thinking that the intercom was broken. When I arrived, instead of being greeted, the man proceeded to scream saying I should have waited for him to talk through the order kiosk. Now whose fault was that? Needless to say, I didn’t get McDonalds that day and drove off to get food elsewhere. McDonald’s is t cheap anymore, and if I’m going to be treated with such poor manor because they are angry about working there, I can take my business somewhere else. I ended up going to another McDonalds with better service.
