These guys know what they’re doing!! Never ceases to amaze me the freshness and quality of food AND drinks! My go to for when I’m wanting quick but not messy, absolutely recommend if you’re in the area and if you need the restroom just have to ask for the code!

McDonald’s tried to send me to the emergency room! The order was for a cheeseburger, add lettuce and tomato. So prepare decided to add enough mayo for 4 cheeseburgers. But, wait a minute, cheeseburgers do not come with mayo and I did not ask for it because too much Mayo will send me into a major allergic reaction!!! That is why I definitely would not ask for mayo on my cheeseburger! The solution is that my sandwich can be replaced and they will talk with their staff. Well I guess I’ll go hungry because someone picked up my order and I have no one to go pick up the replacement. How hard is it to read an order and prepare it correctly? Before hiring McDonald’s should give out tests for potential employees. Especially when it comes to literacy and following directions.
February 27, 2025 I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich and this is what I got to see the picture below Where’s the spicy pepper sauce what they gave me come on now Where’s the lettuce You guys do see this and just so you know three tomatoes are supposed to come on that and they never never at this location put three on ever and I’ve been ordering the sandwich for some time. I don’t say anything because I am taking pictures and I’m noting everything that they do wrong and everything they do right So far they’re banging about 30% of doing things right. I can’t wait to bring this to the better business bureaus attention that McDonald’s is falsifying their product.

I go to the drive-thru and order a 10-piece nugget meal. I get it in the medium and I asked for lemonade and guess what they put the lemonade in a small cup. I get home and start eating my nuggets to get down to the last four and one of them someone had bit before putting in the box. That is just disgusting. If I catch anything because I did eat the nuggets that were above I don’t know where I got it from and I will pursue this.

The cashier was pretty nice. They have kiosks but since some of the things that I wanted customized made were not on the screen to choose I had to have the cashier place in the order. My food came out fast and pretty fresh to my liking. The atmosphere was decent I give the cleanliness a seven out of ten.

The only location I’ve been to where table side service.. is just them yelling your name or order and having you come get it from the counter as if you ordered at the register. To be clear.. not being lazy. Having a severe sciatica flare up, made worse by getting repeatedly up and down since they sent my order out in 3 different parts. And we still had cold fries.

I ordered at the speaker. I said the word Combo multiple times, but apparently that was too complicated for the cashier so my meal cost 9 instead of 7 like the app said it would cost. I don’t know what normally goes in the iced coffee but something was omitted because it did not taste good. the cashier said plain and i said regular.

Don’t order past 9pm. I keep giving them chances and never learn my lesson but we have two food choices in Flint at night and they’re both terrible. The buns are ALWAYS stale as if they leave them sitting out to dry up or they toast them??The nuggets are usually old and hard enough to chip a tooth on. If you work for your money stay away otherwise you’ll be wasting time, gas, money and the only thing you’ll leave with is a bad mood.

We went thru the drive thru and got our food. This store is located on Dort Hwy. just south of Lapeer Rd. The staff we encountered were very friendly and I will definitely visit this establishment again and I also recommend them if you find yourself in the area and in need of a quick bite to eat. SORRY, I FORGOT TO ASK IF THE ICE CREAM MACHINE WAS WORKING!!!!

Food was cold and bread was extremely hard. Could not enjoy my meal and I was very disappointed. I love McDonalds so to receive like warm not even hot food after waiting over 15mins on a Mobile Order is ridiculous.

Sat at curbside for 25 minutes and nobody came out I had to go inside to pick up my own food they just set it on the counter and walked away there were no straws so I went to the counter several workers walked away and ignored me trying to look busy I worked in fast food so I know how it is but this was extremely ridiculous
